Property description

Fully furnished apartment (850 SF) with a live/work set up in an historic downtown and fully renovated boutique loft building. This unit features a den/bedroom area with TV and queen size bed. The living room has a sofa couch and TV. Unit finishes are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stone floor in the bathroom and wood floors. All linens and kitchen cookware included.

The building features new windows (very quiet) and balcony with bistro table/chairs overlooking a new downtown city park (opening Fall 2012). Cafes, coffee shops, boutiques, Grand Central Market (historic), Angel's Flight (historic funiculur), financial district, fashion district, LA Live, and more, are all within walking distance. Parking is available at an additional charge. Come stay along one of Hollywood's most active filming venues, Spring Street and the Historic Bank District.

Unit is located in a quite and intimate building of only 54 units and is one of two units within its wing on the floor. The building has new windows resulting in above average noise reduction for a renovated loft building in downtown. As the owner, I live in the unit next door - handy if you ever need anything. This unit and mine are the only two units on this section of the fifth floor (elevator building).

Parking is available in an adjacent building at $10/day. The Pershing Square Metro stop is two blocks away and Union Station is two stops from Pershing Square on the Metro, or within a 15 minute walk.

NOTE - MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2013.

The building that you will be staying in is within walking distance to all attractions, including Disney Halls, Broadway theaters, LA Live, historic buildings, etc. Downtown Los Angeles is the hub of all public transporation to destinations throughout Los Angeles. Union Station is within walking distance (or 2 stops on the Metro) and has direct trains to downtown Santa Barbara and San Diego.
