Sol Seeker is a charming beach home located in the private resort community of Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is situated on the gulf side of 30a - directly between the beach communities of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Immediately upon entering the private and gated courtyard, you will begin to notice all of the special touches which will make you feel welcomed.
The courtyard has been nicely designed to provide you with an oasis offering a pleasant respite for morning coffee or a romantic dinner.
The main floor features an open floor plan with travertine floors, granite counter-tops, tumbled marble back splashes, stainless appliances and a beautiful stained glass window.
One of the greatest amenities of this home are the built in screens for all four sets of french doors which will allow you to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze!
The living/dining area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen HDTV over the gas fireplace! A Bose stereo is provided as well. There is a full sized bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper which is very comfortable - not your typical sofa sleeper!
The upstairs has beautiful hardwood floors and eye-catching art work. There you will find the two bedrooms, both with comfortable, queen-sized beds and french doors with private access to the balcony. There are two, beautiful bathrooms upstairs with travertine showers.
The balcony is fabulous with views of the ocean! There are screens available which can be lowered, offering you shade from the sun to elongate your time spent on the balcony or to provide privacy.
This owner has thought of everything you will need for your time at the beach! You will not want to leave!

Booking Policy:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a $50 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.

• Check-In Time is at 4:00PM & Check-Out is by 10:00AM

We stayed in Sol Seeker last year in June and are staying again this year end of May. We love this beach house so much! Great furnishings and just steps from the beach and pool. We had four adults and one baby in a pack and play and we all felt like we had plenty of room. This year we will again have four adults and one toddler on a toddler size air mattress. There is plenty of room in either bedroom for a pack and play or small air mattress if you have a little one. The outdoor shower came in handy for spraying down a sandy dirty baby last year! We cooked out on the grill 2 nights which was fantastic. We love Sol Seeker and can't imagine staying anywhere else!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Perfect vacation. Everything was just as advertised. Condo was clean, comfortable, and the location was great.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We came to the Sol Seeker under the fear that Hurricane Issac. We arrived in the house greeted by a hurricane survival kit. The renter stayed in close contact with all warnings and precautions calming our nerves daily. We wound up getting hit with nothing and loving our stay. Very clean, close to the beach, and a great location for both pools. Best rental we've ever had.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sol Seeker! It was a beautiful, charming home which suited us perfectly! We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the biking along 30A daily! The weather was sunny with highs in the upper 70's to low 80's everyday! The entire week was a dream come true. Our girls loved how close we were to the beach and the fact that the pool was seconds away from our home! Everything was just lovely, including the beach chairs which were provided with your home! Your home was decorated just too cute! We got plenty of use from the out-door shower. Our girls enjoyed nightly walks and bike rides to The Sugar Shak! We will be back again soon, and thanks for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sol Seeker. The house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home with our two children ages 6 and 9. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and definitely was appreciated with the kids! The location was perfect as well. We had a wonderful week and we plan to return to Sol Seeker again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this home with our two children and it was perfect!! The house is so cute, well furnished and a wonderful location. Being there on Spring Break, we especially enjoyed the heated pool and fire place. Such a short walk to the beach and a quick walk/bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Sol Seeker is a beautiful, well-stocked home that exceeded our expectations. It's well-maintained and spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. There were two couples in our group and Sol Seeker was the right size to give us the privacy we needed. My wife and 3 children stayed in this gorgeous home for a week during our winter break in February 2012. The house was nothing short of perfect. It is a short walk to the beach, the pool, and to 30-A. We walked to dinner one night at Rosemary, enjoyed donuts for breakfast at the Charlie's donut truck, had $5 dozen oysters at Hurricane Oyster Bar, enjoyed a great dinner at Cafe 30-A, biked 30-A, walked the beach, and even went for a jog on 30-A even though I hate to run. The rental management company was a delight to work with as well. The home had everything we needed. The fireplace was a real plus and sitting on the deck upstairs late at night provided a lot of enjoyment as well. I highly recommend this home and location!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The house and the community are fantastic! We had a great time while there - everything was perfect. The agent that we booked the house through was extremely helpful - great customer service! We definitely want to come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.
