It is fully furnished with new kitchen, new tile, handpainted murals and upgraded baths. Very large enclosed Florida room is adjacent to the south facing saltwater system pool and hot tub. Will sleep 8 comfortably in 3 seperate bedrooms plus a commercial grade sleep sofa and extra thick futon. More pics are available upon request.
This lovely home is less than 5 min. from Publix, Target and other shops at the Mid-town center near Veterans. This is not a short sale or foreclosure. The house is maintained by a property manager and the lawn and pool care is included. It is on a salt water canal with a dock and 5,000 boat lift (boat not included).
