Bama Bungalow is a pet friendly four bedroom four and a half bathroom Laurel Ridge house with a converted loft into a fitth bedroom for extra sleeping accomodations. Located within walking distance of the fitness center, pool, Lake Disharoon, beach, and water slide, and five minutes from the golf course, Lake Sconti Club, tennis center, and Chapel. The main floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, large living room with new flat screen HD TV and gas fireplace, open to the fully furnished kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar, screened porch, and deck. Downstairs has two queen bedrooms each with a full bathroom, and a recreation room with giant size TV. Upstairs has a two twin bed bedroom, a converted loft into a fifith bedroom with two twin beds with trundles to convert to queen beds, and a full bathroom. We supply all of your linens, towels, and paper products that you should need for a care free stay.
Big Canoe is a 9,000 acre gated resort designated as a wild life refuge located in the hard wood forest of the north Georgia mountains. We offer three championship golf courses, 10 outdoor and two indoor tennis courts, a world class fitness center with indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a beach and swimming lake with a water slide, twenty five miles of hiking trails, five lakes including a stocked fishing lake, bocce ball court, athletic field, and mountain streams and beautiful mountain views.

This property is very nice and has great living areas. The house sleeps a large number of people, and privacy is not compromised due to the layout of the house and its 4.5 baths. It is a perfect spot for a trip to the Georgia mountains with family and friends. Big Canoe has a lot to offer, but the golf course and Lake Petit were two of my favorites. I also recommend dinner at Appalachia Grill. We hope to return to Big Canoe soon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It was spotless and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We stayed with our Son and his family and it was perfect for hanging out and enjoying our Grandchildren but we still had plenty of privacy. I would definitely recommend this property to our friends.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Very nice and well maintained house set up wonderfully for multiple guests. Kid friendly, close to many activities, and full of great amenities. Swimming, golfing, fishing, hiking, and great views of wildlife abound. Highly recommended to families looking for a great location with plenty of family activities for all ages. Also great for a group wanting to plan a quality golf outing with a group at with beautiful, very scenic golf courses.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
