WE RENT IT TO OFFSET THE COST OF OWNERSHIP. IT IS ONE OF THE NICEST UNITS IN THE BUILDING WITH DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS, NICE BALCONY, FULL KITCHEN WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND TILE FLOORS.
THERE IS A KING SIZE BED, FLAT SCREEN TV, AND OF COURSE POOLS AND JACUZZI'S TO USE AT THE RESORT (BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR.
