  This really was a full-service rental! Right from the initial inquiry, Hector was super helpful with advice and recommendations. The condo was better than described and spotlessly clean. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Parking was really convenient (luggage carts were available) and we never had to wait more than a minute or two for one of the four elevators. My wife and I had three delightfully restful days before our daughter and her tribe arrived midweek. The two grandsons (3 & 6) loved the pool (one was heated - thankfully), the spa and the beautiful beach, but were a little disappointed that the 'mushroom' shower was not yet in service. They also really enjoyed the rides in the fair at Pier Park, just a mile or so down the road. We enjoyed some good meals Sharky's was good, Barefoot Beach OK but best was Schooners at the other end of the strip. This was our third vacation at PBC in the last 18 months and, whilst all were good, Hector & Traci's place was best of all. We would unreservedly recommend it to anyone.

  Our family just enjoyed our stay i recommend this condo to everyone the condo was amazing decorated nicely had that warm feeling to it . we were right near everything to to far from anything you wanted to do. Hector said we wouldnt be disappointed and we were not. We hope the condo is available next year because we will definatly try to get this one.

  We spent 2 delightful months in this condo. Everything is exactly as pictured,and was very comfortable. It was our first visit to Panama City Beach, and we fully intend to return next winter. The building offers great amenities, and common areas are well maintained. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. A must see is Pier Park! We would this as a destination.

  We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would recommend the unit to anyone.It was clean and well maintained, everything it was said to be. The view was great and it was nice to take short walks to Pier Park for meals,shopping, and entertainment.

  We had a great time in Panama City Beach!! The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. Hector and Traci were great. Called after we checked in and were there through out the week if we needed anything. This was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We have 3 small children, and there is so much to do for all ages. The restraunts and shops are endless at the beautiful Peir Park. We will be returning next year for sure, and hopefully for many years to come. So thankful to have found such a wonderful spot to bring our family to year after year!!!

  This was a perfect location for my husband and myself to get away and relax. The condo was very nice, clean, and well kept. The building is known as one of the nicer condos by the people who live in Panama. The beach chair service was fantastic! Those boys will help you with anything you need. I can't say enough about the balcony and the view! I could sit there and watch the ocean for hours. The condo was close to everything. Our favorite place to eat was Sharky's. They have a tiki bar on the beach and we would go there for lunch (which took maybe 5 minutes to walk on the beach from the condo) and drink coladas and eat oysters. Fantastic place to relax and rewind.

  We had a great spring break this year in PCB. This is a lovely condo in a convenient location. Being on the ocean in a nice place was just fantastic. Thanks Traci and Hector - we hope to visit again soon.

  Everything was as described and better! Very nice condo and well furnished. Condo as well as the building is well maintained and was fairly quiet for our Spring Break vacation. Beach, pools, and gym were clean and easily accessible. Hector was very prompt in answering calls and emails and he even stopped by to see if everything was to our liking. Cannot wait to go back!

  We rented this condo unit and truly appreciated the fact that everything was exactly as described to us by Hector and Tracy. This property suited us perfectly as a family as it was clean, comfortable, and has the added touches of home. It was nice to have Hector make a courtousy call when we arrived to answer any questions, and confirm everything was to our liking. We did not want to leave, but have awesome memories, and plan to return in the future!
