Great apartment in great location!!! this brand new renovated apartment located at a unique location in the Lower East Side below the east village and boarded with the Soho and China Town, the neighborhood is a great vivacious young neighborhood, full of bars ,restaurants, a place to have a fun in!!!
This apartment has 2 full size bedroom and 1 gorgeous sleeper sofa in the living room, a small dining table for 4, high speed wireless Internet, a flat screen TV with cable, and polished wood floors and high ceilings. The newly renovated open kitchen features standard appliances (coffee pot, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc.), and is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, heat and air conditioning are included. One set of linens and two sets of towels are provided per bed and couch. Additional towels are available for a fee. The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and following your departure.

The location was good and the neighbourhood friendly and interesting. The apartment itself did not really resemble the photos and while one gives some allowance for "not exactly as shown" this tired, old,very small condo was not anywhere near our expectations. Don't believe the pictures. There was no mini dishwasher, no new appliances (fridge), coffee maker didn't work and the bathroom esp the tub was disgusting. Good thing we didn't have to stay inside much as the cockroaches likely needed time to themselves.
