  The condo was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 5 teenagers). The ground level access made unloading and "moving in" extremely easy. The floor plan gave us plenty of room in the evening, after a full day on the slopes, to relax, have dinner in (2 of the 4 nights), and watch movies or television. The Wi-Fi worked well, so we were all able to stay in touch, if necessary. The kitchen and entire condo was nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with supplies. We loved having laundry facilities available in the unit. The hot tub was used two times by the four teenage boys. Even though we drive to Ski Cooper to ski, we love the town of Avon with its City Market for groceries, Sports Authority for additional ski gear we might need, and the proximity to Beaver Creek for an evening of ice skating. We enjoyed dinner at the Red Mountain Grill in Avon and the Gas House in Edwards. Prior to our trip, the owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with, so the planning was super easy! She even emailed after our trip to make sure everything went well. We would highly recommend the condo.

  This condo is well maintained and very comfortable. We especially liked the 3 bedroom/bath arrangement and the 8 person table for dinners and sharing the ski day with everyone. The location was terrific and just as advertized so you will not be disappointed. Proximity to stores, hikes, skiing of course, and coupled with restaurants and shuttles make this an easy stay.

  We had a great time during our ski trip in no small part due to our renting this condo. It is clean, tastefully decorated and even roomier than it appears in the pictures. The condo assoc has a private shuttle and they are great about getting you where you want to go and back again. The owners are excellent in their communications and do everything they can to make sure you have a good time.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  I don’t ever write reviews but I do travel quite a bit and can without hesitation recommend this condo. My husband was a little apprehensive about sharing a condo with 7 adults and 2 children but was pleasantly surprised that not only was there plenty of room without ever feeling that we were on top of each other but also that the condo was well appointed and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need from cutlery to cutting boards to small appliances (even a mixer). Everything was clean and in working order. The location is ideal and walking distance from the shuttles and most of what we needed or wanted. We normally stay at the Westin but wanted to try something different since we are always cramped for space (even in the condo at the Westin). The owner was a delight to deal with and made the entire process painless. We look forward to staying in this condo in the future.

  What a great spot! This condo in Beaver Creek West provided the perfect backdrop to a week of Thanksgiving indulgences including Opening Day for skiing (and the chocolate chip cookie tasting competition), fireworks, nightlife, dining and hiking. The accommodations were exceptional. The kitchen allowed for the production of a full-on Thanksgiving feast, with PLENTY of oven and stovetop space...and an open floor plan which allowed for the kitchen cooks to stay connected to the football-watching slugs in the living room. Creature comforts of home included a warm fireplace, a super long dining room table, comfortable beds, HOT showers and a couch that was perfect for a post-tryptophanatic food coma from the turkey. Location couldn't have been better...walking distance to Avon, and a shuttle service that brought us to and from Beaver Creek. I can't wait to return. Happy Thanksgiving, for sure.

  We had a wonderful time in the Vail/Beaver Creek area and the condo was perfect for our needs. Well appointed, plenty of space, lots of sleeping area and conveniently located to everything. Walking distance to a quaint park with running paths. Shopping, dining and activities all in walking distance. the owners were extremely responsive and prompt in their response to any of our questions. The on site staff were very helpful as well with dining and activity recommendations. A few things worth mentioning... Go Zip Lining! Adventure Zip Lines in Wolcott was spectacular. We used NOVA guides for white water rafting and ATV tours and they were great. Kids really enjoyed horseback riding to Beano's Cabin for dinner. If you're a golfer, make a tee time in advance. We were shut out as everything was booked. Vail/BC in the summer is a blast and if you go, this condo is perfect! We'll definitely be back.

  I rented this Avon Condo for a Bachelorette Party ski weekend and it was perfect! There were 8 of us so we each had a bed but could have had more people if needed. The living room & dining area is much more spacious then it looks like from the photos. I was pleasantly surprised when we first entered, with the high ceilings, it felt very roomy. The condo is well kept and you can tell it has been updated. The condo was conveniently located on the ground level so it was very easy to load/unload all of our stuff. We spent a good deal of time on the patio where, even though we didn't take advantage of it, there was a grill. The location of the condo is also great, close to a grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, ski rentals and a liquor store...what else do you need? The money we saved by not staying in Vail was totally worth it! The staff at the Beaver Creek West was also amazing. We had one person that left their luggage in the office and skied while we were not checked in yet. We were unable to get the luggage before the office closed and left a message on the emergency line. Within the hour, the property manager had called us back and let us into the office for the luggage. It made our night because it was the Bride's luggage! Overall I think this condo was a very good deal for the money, we were completely satisfied and were able to make some really amazing memories there. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy place in an awesome location.

  Of all the rental properties I have stayed at over the years, this property at Beaver Creek is my favorite thus far. The listing description was extremely accurate, and it accommodated 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to allow for cooking and cleaning in the event that you wish to eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all the linens and soaps/shampoos included. Firewood is provided as well. The complimentary shuttle picked us up just outside of our door and took us to a gondola. And the shuttle was waiting for us when we got done with our days on the slopes. Additionally, the location is ideally located in proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and ski rental shops. Though Vail is nice, I will stay here in the future and drive the 10 minutes to Vail. This feels a little more quiet and secluded, which is what i prefer. I recommend this to anyone looking to access Vail and Beaver Creek. You can't go wrong here.

  We had a wonderful time up here for Super Bowl weekend! This condo is absolutely wonderful! First, the location is perfect - there are great restaurants & bars within walking distance, and any shopping you might need is an easy drive. Jake in the rental office is very friendly and will gladly tell you where everything is! The snow situation was not cooperative, unfortunately, but if it had been, we would have taken advantage of the free shuttle to the Beaver Creek gondola - a super feature. We did take advantage of the hot tubs... ahhhh! The condo itself was beyond expectation! It is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need - the coffee supplies were a particularly nice touch! We made dinner to watch the Super Bowl (on the 50" TV! It was as good as being at home!) and we could all sit at the huge dining room table and see the game easily. When we retired to the living area, it was almost impossible to find the desire to crawl out of the squishy recliners. The wood that the complex provides for the fireplace smelled wonderful; you definitely feel that you've escaped to the mountains with the fire burning! The bedrooms are well furnished & our bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms have lots of little extras - shampoo & conditioner, lotion, and hair dryers. Clearly, Teri, Chris & Sabi want their guests to feel at home. I highly recommend if you come up to the mountains, that you stay here, you will NOT be disappointed! I also recommend if you can drag yourself away from such comfort, go rent snowmobiles from Nova Guides and then have dinner at either Vin 48 or The Osprey. We already can't wait to come back. Thank you for a highly memorable and wonderful weekend!!
