I was so pleased with everything to do with this condo. I enjoyed my stay and felt so relaxed. I have been comming to PV since 1996 and this was just the right place to enjoy everything it has to offer. I am looking at a return in Feb. and can only hope to keep going to this location. Thanks for the great stay. CLEAN SAFE FUN.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

This is just a belated note to let you know how much we enjoyed our PV trip. If we had to do it again, we would do exactly the same! I thought I would also offer you some feedback on the unit. We really enjoyed the location and the unit itself. The accommodations were lovely: very clean and modern: we enjoyed the artwork and the amenities. On the whole, we’ve really enjoyed our time in your condo! The location is great, it’s bright, well-appointed, the beds are good, the bathrooms are lovely, it’s quiet at night. And we quite like the blinds in the dining/living room... The internet went out,I do recognize that Mexico isn’t always reliable in these ways... Let potential renters know in advance about the steps up to your place. About the owner: I have been vacationing in PVR for 9 years and love the magic of Puerto Vallarta. Home when in PV. Discovered PVR after traveling around the world a half dozen times to all continents, except Antarctica, although I did make it to Tierra del Fuego, Argentina the most southern city in he world. PVR is the most surprising relaxing place of all with the most genuine and nicest town folk I met anywhere. Citizens are honest and hard working. I lost my wallet with cash and CC in a taxi and it was returned with everything in it! I dropped cash on a sidewalk and it was returned to me! I needed help moving a large item and a good samaritan appeared!
Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone:
This condo home occupies its own floor and is very convenient in the highly desired and safe tourist location within the Romantic Zone. The neighborhood is very quiet at night without loud club music or loud bars;close to everything without having to use taxis ; walk across street to the famous Los Muertos beach for sub bathing or people watching or enjoy a day pass at the Hotel Tropicana for a nominal fee.

Condo is on its own floor for ultimate in privacy and comfort.
Nicely appointed according to American/Canadian luxury standards and comfort. FREE Phone calls to/from USA & CANADA.
Whole house TROJAN UV water filter and purification system installed. The city water is very safe, although the building's water is also filtered. Kitchen sink has additional water filter... so drinking water is triple filtered.
Walk downstairs to all restaurants (get cup of coffee and go back up stairs to drink,) and shops in Romantic Zone. Half block (2 min walk) from beach (Blue/chairs). Pharmacy is downstairs for your medication needs, refills or pick-up online pharmacy; neighborhood grocery store is 1 block away, laundromat 1 1/2 block away and Hotel Tropicana is across street and day pass (pool / spa/ gym/ concierge/tours) is available for nominal fee.
There are 2 taxi stands outside the front gate at hotel across the street and Blue Chairs 1/2 block away.
