Fripp Island is the perfect vacation destination for your friends and family and our freshly decorated 2/3 bedrrom villa is the ideal place to enjoy it all.If you have never been to Fripp Island, you are in for a treat. It is a private, gated, 3000-acre, barrier island--the most seaward island off the coast of historic Beaufort, South Carolina. Residents and visitors love its laid back atmosphere,sub-climate, nature preserve and long list of activities for all ages and interests.
Our comfortable, well-equipped villa faces the Atlantic and offers beautiful panoramic views from almost every room. Enjoy sunny afternoons, coastal breezes and the best ocean view of all from the 26' porch. It's the perfect place to relax and read a book after playing golf, tennis, or swimming in the adjacent pool. There are no steps! You can take the elevator from the private parking area to this one floor plan making us handicapped friendly. We want to be your home awat from home. Our home is spacious with enough comfortable "relaxation room" for everyone. There is a private courtyard where you can sit to read the the paper and catch the morning sun!
The master bedroom has a large garden tub and a king-sized bed. The guest room has two twins and the den has a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa (and with direct access to a full bath can serve as a third bedroom). The family room has a great fireplace, TV, VCR, stereo, and DVD player. The dining room table seats six. (6 amenity cards are available with our full club membership)
