West Green Villa is just a mere 15' from Anguilla's prestigious Cuisinart Golf Course. Spectacular views of St. Martin, the ocean, and the golf course now await your next stay in Anguilla. West Green Villa set in a wonderful garden, has three large and stunning bedrooms all with walk outs to patios and balconies. Each has air conditioning, private ensuite bathrooms, TV and stereo.
The principal rooms are large and spacious - open to the wonderful breezes that Anguilla is famous for. The second story master bedroom suite has its own private balcony overlooking the pool area and the golf course. A large ensuite is completely tiled in tumbled marbles and stone with glass shower and tub. A sitting room has a flat screen tv, stereo system, wet bar, exercise area and full data center for communicating with the outside world. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor have private ensuites in marble and stone, glass enclosed showers, air conditioning, TV's and stereos. There is also the huge kitchen and dining room and the amazing Terrace on the upstairs looking over the golf course.

About the owner: My Name is Carl Irish,I grew up in Montserrat , a tiny country 27 Miles south of Antigua, I moved here to Anguilla in June 1996 after the volcano erupted in Montserrat. I have worked in customer services in Cable & Wireless for 10yrs. I went to Cornell University for the Hospitality program I have managed Altamer Resort form 2000 to present. So in total I have 23 yrs experience in customer service and I delighted to offer this wonderful property to persons looking to vacation in Anguilla
Why the Owner Chose Rendezvouz Bay:
We actually built this home in 2004, We bought a vacant lot in a very nice area with great views and low density development and were very fortunate to have a Greg Norman design top class golf course built around us. This has become incredible beautiful location second to none.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The location of this property being literally on the Golf Course is certainly a unique benefit especially for golfers as it has a gate to the Golf Course. But also the actually location being at the cul de sac makes it really private and quiet, however its still just minutes away from the Beaches, restaurants, shopping and other activities.
