We offer a place for you to get away! Be it for a romantic celebration or a family beach vacation- you will be happy you came here!
Swim in the salt water pool, soak up the sun at the beach, take a bike ride- hop on the free island trolley and explore Anna Maria Island. Or sit and relax! Watch the lizards dance and listen to the green parrots sing... I tell people all the time, "I am confident you will love it here!"
Our cottage offers a comfortable queen size bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the livingroom... perfect for a getaway or a good place to bring the kids!

My husband and I took advantage of the off season airfare and accommodations the week of Dec 7 thru 14. We trusted VRBO and booked an old Florida style 1 bedroom! Fell IN LOVE with our little abode. I am a stickler about clean and fresh. This cute little cabin was all of that and more. Everything we needed, very organized, cheerful and felt like home. I would choose this (or the 2 other rentals that are a part of Spinnaker) over a newer 'condo' on the beach. It's off the beaten track just enough to have all the privacy you need, but such a short, easy walk to the beach. Amy was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend either cabin 1 or 2 and the higher 2 story family apartment. Really appreciated the beach umbrella's, beach chairs and wagon. We will definitely return. About the owner: We are a family owned and operated property! We love our life here on Anna Maria Island and we enjoy sharing our slice paradise with our guests, that become friends... because they return here again and again!
Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach:
My parents fell in love with this area, they moved here from Illinois in the 70's- their parents then follwed them down and this is where the family stayed!
We purchased this property becasue we love staying in small quaint cottages and homes rather than hotels- we feel that we have alot to offer our guests- a very welcoming comfortable and relaxing setting to get away to!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We are located very close to the beach, shops and restaurants! We are also situated in the middle of the island- Holmes Beach is sandwiched between Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach... it is nice becasue the whole island has so much to offer and we are convienently located close to it all!
