  Crystal Pearl house was amazing. We had 2 families and 4 small children under the age of 5. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The house is located on a quiet street, that has almost no traffic. Also, the yard to the house is totally fenced in, so the kids could play outside no problem. The house has a great BBQ Pit, a grill and and outdoor shower so it makes it easy to come in from the beach. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but easy to do if you bring your red wagons! The kitchen was equiped with everything you need to cook in, and speciality items for grilling. We even found a bucket of beach toys, a float for the pool an umbrella for the beach. We will plan to stay here again next year!! Loved it!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We spent a week in this place and we were very happy about it. The facility is really spacious (3 families with babies fit in there easily) and very well equipped (e.g. lots of kitchen utensils, beach toys, lcds with dvd players in every bedroom, nice bed sheets etc.). There is a nice and clean pool in the backyard. The public beach is in 5 mins walk from the house. In 3 mins drive there is a variety of stores and dinning places in the nearby shopping centre. During the whole week we didn't have a single issue with the facility and we enjoyed the stay a lot. I would highly recommend this place to my best friend!

  My husband and I spent a fantastic two weeks here and are already talking about when we can return. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurant and bars on your doorstep. All the information provided by the owners was completely accurate and it's as though they have rented out their home to you not just a holiday rental.

  My family and my sisters family stayed in the Crystal Pearl and just loved it. The house was better than pictured and very clean & had everything we needed for the week. There were even chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach and beach toys for the younger kids. My sisters young children played in the pool and at the nearby playground and my older kids rented paddleboards from the shop 3 blocks away and spent their days at the beach. Big kids also walked up to the nearby movie theater in the evenings. The adults alternated between the backyard pool and the beach. Would definitely recommend this house & location in Destin!

  My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Crystal Pearl. It was the perfect size for all of us to get together, yet not feel that we were on top of each other. We relaxed at the pool each morning and then headed to the beach every afternoon. The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, even for the baby (much appreciated). We would recommend tearing out the carpet in the guest house-it is nasty. We put sheets down on the floor for the baby to play with her toys. The tile in the main house is practical and would be a good replacement for the carpet. Also, the bunk bed rocks and squeaks like it is about to fall over. Yet, those are 2 very minor complaints and did not effect our enjoyment of the house and Destin. Linda offered excellent customer service and answered all of my questions/emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. My nephews loved that they could walk to Barnes and Noble/ restaurants, etc. Very convenient location for many activities and restaurants.   Our group consisted of 3 couples sharing the main house and the pool house. There was certainly plenty of room for us, and we could have had a few more comfortably. The house is clean, nicely decorated, cool AC and plenty of amenities: bbq, kitchen items, beach toys, internet, etc. Linda was great in setting up the reservation and supporting us during our stay. She even helped quiet some rowdy neighbors for us. We will certainly return to the Crystal Pearl - a great vacation home in an excellent location. -Tom New Orleans, LA

  We enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Pearl. The location is great and so is the house. We had a total of 11 people and rented the pool house for an additional cost. It worked out great. The kids enjoyed the loft area and seemed like they had a place of their own with a walk out balcony. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Destin. It was a short walk to the beach and we had a good time.

  Great house, Great location.. Took only a minute to walk to the beach. Our whole family loved the location and the beaches of Destin. We loved that living & kitchen areas were all together and big enough for the 10 of us. House was very clean & almost everything new. Back yard was great for barbecues and completely private - no neighbors or other vacationers looking in. We will definitely be back..

  We had a great time, what a beautful place to stay, so close to the beach! We loved it. There is lots of room for the family and the backyard if great for bbq's and pool time. Mall close by too. We will be back

  Our group had 15 girls and it was such a blast to be in Crystal pearl, so close to the beach, shopping, and driving distance to Rosemary, or Panama City. The house was clean, had all the accommodations you need for a vacation. The beds were so comfortable everyone loved that. It was really nice that the kitchen saw right out to the living room, it made it so everyone felt together all the time which was super fun. There were towels for the bathrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The pool and guesthouse were so nice and the big porches in the back, front and upstairs were great for in the morning going out to sit and read with a cup of coffee. Any one of us would definitely love to rent this amazing house again it was simply perfect, not a single complaint!
