Condominium complex has a 7 night minimum rental policy, No Smoking or Pets Holiday/Premium rates apply when applicable. Winter season rate Sept 10- June 10.. $1600 per week and $2500 per month. The summer weekly rate is $2400 per week. $200 reservation fee and first half of rent due within 7 days to hold reservation. 2nd half of rent, $1000 security deposit, 10% bed tax and $125 cleaning fee due 4 weeks before check-in to confirm reservation. $200 reservation fee and $1000 security deposit (less any damage or lost keys) are refunded after stay. $200 reservation fee is forfeited if reservation is cancelled.
