The Villas at Seagrove Beach (new in March,2004) are located on scenic Highway 30-A two miles east of the town of Seaside and three miles west of Rosemary Beach. The Villas consist of three, four story Mediterranean style buildings with their own private pool. You can lounge on our second floor balcony, overlooking the pool and enjoy gorgeous gulf views. Each unit has a private entrance. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator or use the short flight of stairs.
Once you arrive at the Villas, you can park your car and leave it parked. Stroll next door to "Amavida" for an early morning cup of coffee. Later, pick up your lunch at "Flip Flops Grill", a local hotspot with the best burger on the beach. Before you stroll home, stop by "Design", an interior furnishing specialty store. If you catch a scent of flowers, it is coming from "Casa Blanca", which specializes in orchids and unique gifts.
If exercise is your thing, you can wear yourself out walking or bicycling on the miles and miles of paved bike paths, which run parallel to 30-A directly in front of the Villas. Bike to Seaside for an afternoon of shopping or people watching or enjoy the quietness of a nature walk in Point Washington State Park directly behind our condo.
If you prefer beach sitting and wave watching, our beach is one of the prettiest in the country. The beach walkover is located just across from the Villas.
Once back at your home away from home, relax in our professionally decorated condo with plantation shutters throughout, travertine tile floors in the living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is a large dining area with seating for ten and a separate laundry with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is extra large and features a sitting area, king-size bed, whirlpool tub, his and her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has two full-size beds and private bath. All bedrooms have TV's with VCR's or DVDs.
