  I have been on many vacations but this vacation was my favorite by far. When we arrived we were blown away by the condo and the view...we had seen pictures but the pictures did not do it justice. I couldn't believe how stocked the condo was, we really only did need to bring clothes and toothbrushes. Every thing was high quality too. I was very happy that there were extra blankets too for snuggling on the couch. It took one minute to get to the beach and it was breath taking. We were so happy with the time of year we chose as we pretty much owned the beach. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing and we didn't miss one! We had only one problem (the garbage disposal), I emailed about it and had a reply in 5 minutes! The gal asked if I needed it fixed immediately or if it could wait till tomorrow (Sunday). I said Monday is fine (everyone needs Sundays off). Sunday morning we had a knock on our door and it was fixed in the matter of minutes. I couldn't believe it. Everything about our stay was wonderful, after 3 days there we decided we needed to stay longer and called to extend our stay. I will be calling to rebook for next year. Thank you very much for a most memorable vacation! PS - My boyfriend says "the shark vaccuum was AMAZING!" haha

  This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed on the Oregon Coast. Clean, modern and felt like a 5-star getaway! We picked out a just-caught Rock Sea Bass from Girabaldi Cannery down the road. Soon we were feasting like royalty with a little salad and wine, gazing at the pounding surf. Best. Vacation. Ever.

  The unit had plenty of space for two adults, two teens and a beach loving dog. We found the unit adequately supplied with linens, soap and toiletries. The kitchen had everything but a cheese slicer, so we left ours behind. The beach access is tremendous and even though this unit is tucked around facing NW not West it sported a decent peek/view over the dune like hill. Maintenance was quick to address a lack of hot water on one night, but unable to fix radiant heat. The lack of some floor heat did not effect room temp. We would certainly return here.

  This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. Did not want to leave! We were only staying 9 nights but ended up staying 11 nights! Very impressed with Vacasa. It was so easy to reserve and we appreciated the email letting us know our condo was available for early check in. Vacasa also has a brilliant system of offering a late check out option for only $25 until that night at midnight. We studied the photos and layout and furnishings of all the condos available as they are all different according to your needs. Some do not have a dining room table. Some have the dining table near the window, others the couch near the window. One of the condos had the sofa facing the wall towards the TV..WT heck! Who wants to look at a TV when your here? We liked having the couch next to the window so we could enjoy our coffee in the morning and watch the ocean. Nedonna Condos are shaped in a half C with the lower numbers on the south end. We were on the far north end in 108 which had it's pros and cons. It was very private and even though on the end, the view was still fantastic. This condo was unique as it had two windows in the kitchen for more light and air flow. The downside was it was closest to Hwy 101 and semis would downshift right there as approaching Rockaway and very loud! We got used to it after a couple days but if you are a light sleeper chose the south end. The views are fantastic even on the bottom floors because they are built up high. We stayed during the off season and only had people above us for 2 nights. If we stayed during the busy season we would want to stay on the upper floors as it was very noisy and could hear everything above us. Except for the laundry products (I had a sneeze attack every time I opened the laundry door) this condo had all environmentally safe cleaning supplies, soaps and air fresheners. Nice touch. Not sure if each condo owner supplies the products or Vacasa but much appreciated. Most of all we travel a lot and our pup is family and he goes every place with us. We are so happy to find a pet friendly place that is so nice! We will be back next year!

  When our family walked into the condo, we were blown away with how posh the place was. It had state of the art electronics, appliances & furnishings. Then we looked out the floor to ceiling windows. Our breath caught, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! The ceilings are vaulted. The kids ran around checking the place out & said "The bathroom floors are heated!" I couldn't believe it, I checked it out myself & thought, "Oh yeah, I gotta have this at home." The showers had a walk in style & were very roomy. There was a nice & deep tub for soaking. That came in handy after a long day of walking on the beach. The coffee, apple cider, cocoa, creamer & sugar was a nice touch. So was the popcorn & flat screen TV, DirecTV & DVD player. I could hear the ocean from every room. he elevator was convenient & my 13 year old dog appreciated that since she can't use the stairs. The beach access was easy & the ocean is right there. We will be telling everyone we know how great this place is!

  Immediately when we walked in the room we were blown away with the view of the ocean right out the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The rental was exactly as pictured with new furniture and nice finishes. The rental provided everything from shampoo/conditioner, cookware, beach towels, to high speed wireless internet. There is even an elevator that goes right up and into the condo! During our stay we ventured to the nearby towns to hike around the coast, check out some of the amazing restaurants and coffee shops, and other tourist attractions like the Tillamook cheese factory and the Nehalem winery. We also enjoyed a few campfires on the beach! If you like being right in the middle of everything you might want to look for something closer to Cannon Beach. We appreciated the more quiet location. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone thinking about staying on the Oregon coast- you will not be disappointed!

  I'd highly recommend staying here. We were very happy with the fact that we were able to bring our dogs, but this wasn't your typical "pet friendly" condo. The carpets and furniture were very clean and everything smelled fresh -- no animal odor at all, no worn out or "cheap" seeming furniture. Very large and well-equipped with utensils and brand new appliances, whole bean coffee, 2 balconies, huge windows, and great views of the beach -- we could have moved in! Great weekend experience.

  We took our kids for a few days away at the beach and were very pleased with this condo. The proximity to the beach was wonderful for us and we really appreciated the elevator into the condo that we could use when loading and unloading our things. The furnishings were very nice and our stay was very pleasant. We took advantage of the close proximity to hiking trails and other attractions in the area, inlcuding shopping and eating establishments. We have already recommended these condos to others and plan to return in the future!
