This condo has been updated and fashionably redecorated in 2012. Grand Caribbean 325 'Tuscany' offers views of both the bay and the ocean. The convenient location is great for any type of vacationer. You can sit and watch the boats coming in and out of Cotton Bayou from the balcony. This is a beautiful location to watch the sunrise and smell the fresh breeze of the beach from your balcony!
This unit sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Grand Caribbean has a beautifully landscaped BBQ area, covered gazebo and picnic table, large pool with covered lanai with new tables and chairs. Plenty of parking, an unloading area & luggage carts make check-in easy & convenient. The State Park Beach (free admission) is directly across the street with a newly renovated beach pavilion, including bathrooms, quick showers & a nice boardwalk.
We are located within 20 minutes of the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley and The Wharf is just minutes away with the Ferris Wheel, Rave Theater and many boutiques & restaurants. Find out what our beautiful beaches have to offer!!!

We were extremely pleased with this condo. Condo was VERY clean and in a very convenient location. The listing photos were exactly how the condo looked when we arrived. Mrs. Julie was very helpful and very easy to rent from. We would definitely go back again! We were extremely happy with our stay here. The condo is just as advertised, is kept extremely clean, and has everything you need. Very nice Condo and great location. The sunrise view is very nice and it is located across from a public beach. Really enjoyed the Shrimpfest. Looking foward to next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great place to stay! Decor was very nice just as advertised. We slept great in the beds, and we had plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Price was well set and below average for the area. The view are pretty and the beaches are gorgeous. Enjoyed every moment. My family plans to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I'm Julie, my husband Major and I have two children ages 3 and 10. We are from Decatur, AL. My parents and co-owners Dennis and Suzette are from the Birmingham, AL area. We love the Orange Beach area!
Why the Owner Chose Grand Caribbean:
My parents Dennis and Suzette own and rent out the condo next door, 326. We bought 325 together with them to have two side by side units we could stay in and be together in our own domain.

The new Publix Shopping Center is one block away,Rite aid and circle K is within a SAFE walking distance!!! We can also rent the unit (326) rigth next door if you would like two side by side. Some of our favorite eateries are : Docs seafood, The original oyster house, Bubba's, Shirmp Basket, Hazel's breakfast, for a quick cheap lunch/icecream run we love Andy's in the Winn Dixie shopping center. Look up these resturants on Resturant.com for special deals!!!
