Why the Owner Chose Grand CaribbeanMy parents Dennis and Suzette own and rent out the condo next door, 326. We bought 325 together with them to have two side by side units we could stay in and be together in our own domain.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoThe new Publix Shopping Center is one block away,Rite aid and circle K is within a SAFE walking distance!!! We can also rent the unit (326) rigth next door if you would like two side by side. Some of our favorite eateries are : Docs seafood, The original oyster house, Bubba's, Shirmp Basket, Hazel's breakfast, for a quick cheap lunch/icecream run we love Andy's in the Winn Dixie shopping center. Look up these resturants on Resturant.com for special deals!!!
