  I would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner was in communication with us before we got there and as we were leaving. Great view, clean condo. The personal touches made us feel that we were not too far away from home. Full kitchen appliances with pots/pans etc to make wonderful meals and sit on the balcony. We will book this exact place again. Thanks!!

  Our stay at this Lake Las Vegas condo could not have been any better. The property is extremely well maintained and equipped. We opened the door upon our arrival to find a beautiful fruit basket and wine waiting for us, and a toy for our puppy. What a nice surprise! Helena was very helpful and accommodating. We were quite content sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and pools, but we also managed to make several trips into the city, which is about 30 minutes away. We loved being steps away from several nice restaurants that are pet friendly. We can't wait to make a return trip!

  Hands down! It is the second time I booked this property. Every time I come it just gets better, and better, and better. I love the condo with magnificant view of Lake Las Vegas. Its like a home away from home :) It is worth every penny. If you can't decide where to stay... trust me, and you will not regret it! Thank you. It is always our pleasure to stay at your place!!!   Condo was great. Location perfect with large balcony overlooking the lake and pool. It had to be the best equipped condo we have ever stayed at - attention to every detail, kitchen equipment not lacking, lovely touches. The condo was immaculately kept and interior beautiful. On arrival Helena had arranged for the fridge to be stocked with not only the necessities but fruit, watermelon, soft drinks and wines. Truly lovely and we so appreciated every bit. Pool complex was idyllic and the village area full of lovely restaurants, coffee shops etc so very relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer. We were there for the Ironman World Championship 70.3 and it was an ideal place to stay for this with swim start less than 5 mins walk away. Great location to to explore Lake Mead and the National Park, Hoover Dam & Las Vegas Strip. The owner was more than helpful in helping out with any information we needed and we cannot thank her enough for a great stay. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to the Las Las Vegas/Lake Mead area.

  We spent three nights at Helena's condo and it was the best VRBO experience. Helena was very helpful & responsive. This condo looks exactly like the photos and more!! The view of the pools and lake is simply amazing and it is furnished with everything you need for the stay. We were amazed by the cleanliness and the amenities of the condo. This place is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place yet it's only 15 minutes away from Las Vegas. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice getaway. We will return for sure!! Thanks Helena :)

  The listing's description and pictures do not do it justice, it is perfect. The place was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The Montelago staff members were extremely polite. The pool was very refreshing and cleaned every morning. The Village area was less than 1 minute walking distance with its numerous dining choices and friendly shop owners. On 2 of our 3 nights there was live music down by the lake (Jazz and Classic Rock). The Vegas Strip is a short 20 minute drive. Helena was extremely helpful with our last minute booking and she even stocked the kitchen with plenty of supplies (milk, bottled water, soda, wine, fresh fruit,etc.). Her price was the best we could find and secured parking is provided. I highly recommend staying at The Montelago, and if you do, stay in Helena's condo....any other condo would only be 2nd best. We look forward to returning someday soon.

  Our stay was seamless, right from check in to check out. This is the best unit in the building - the patio is shaded from the hot summer sun, the amenities are exactly as described. The unit itself is fully equipped and Helen went above my expectation in providing coffee, fruit and other basics so that even though we arrived late at night we were able to have coffee the next morning. The area still has a ways to go to recover - there are minimal restaurants and shops open, but it was a very relaxing time away which was what we wanted and I would highly recommend Helen and her condo for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. It's a really easy drive to the strip so our one night out on the town was no problem at all.

  Our trip to Vegas was an amazing experience. From the beginning to the end the owner (Helena) was extremely helpful, hospitable, and accommodating. When we arrived to our surprise we were welcomed with a basket of fruits, red and white wine, soda, even milk. I don't need to mention coffee and tea of course... The place was in a meticulous condition, very comfortable, and inviting (we felt like we found home away from home) The condo is located in a very exclusive neighborhood and has a beautiful view of the lake. I can't say enough great thing about this place and we recommend it to anyone who is looking for an A+ experience. We would like to thank Helena for her hospitality.

  This is a gorgeous property at a beautiful resort! The condo is exceptionally clean and well stocked, and Helena was extremely accommodating, going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a two-year-old. The only downside we encountered was that some of the restaurants/stores were not open when one would expect them to be (i.e. the breakfast restaurant and coffee shop were not open at breakfast time); this was likely due to the season in which we visited, and wasn't a big deal since the kitchen in the unit has everything we needed to make meals, but breakfast out would have been great for a lazy morning. The pools also did not seem to be heated and were icy cold, but the hot tub was lovely. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, clean and cozy get-away.

  My wife and I have had very nice experiences with VRBO, but this was the best. The Condo was immaculate and the amenities provided were exceptional. The owner is a very thoughtful person who provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants within walking distances. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. I would put this VRBO "tops" on my list !!!!
