  Wonderful shore home 3 houses from great beach. Short walk into town for newspapers, shopping, gym, bars, and restaurants. This was a real plus for my family and me. We were here 2 1/2 months so we got to know house, beach, and area quite well. We can't wait to go back. Owners very friendly and very helpful for the two small issues we had.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  A group my friends and I were in town to run a race in the area. The six of us stayed at the house and had plenty of room. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We did not have to use any of the three fold out beds in the living room area due to the amount of sleeping space available in the bedrooms. The kitchen and dinning area were perfect for our use. Everything was very clean and modern. The house comes with a flat screen TV and cable. Wireless comes in handy for people using their computers. The location is great for traveling to a variety of places along the coast. There are some nice restaurants two blocks away. The beach is about 100 yards from the front door. Could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. We all agreed we would stay here again if we run again next year.

• Great beach house rental!

  This rental was perfect for our vacation. The house was in perfect condition and had everything that we needed. Linens were provided which was an added bonus. The property is seconds away from a private beach (there was no lifeguard however which may not be ideal if you have young children in your group). The owners were very responsive with any questions/concerns that we had, and extremely accommodating. Te location is right by the grocery store, restaurants, and a great beach bar. We hope to rent this home again next year!

  We stayed for the weekend at this house. It slept seven of us comfortably. All bedrooms were designed with a cute beachy feel and the house overall was very visually appealing. Each room was very very clean. We did not want to leave!

  I rented this house for a group of my friends to stay at the weekend of my wedding and I could not be happier with my choice. The house was perfect and my friends raved on and on about how much they loved it. It is was spotless, very well-furnished with nice modern furniture/appliances, and has a great layout (including a large patio with a gas grill). Great location too: right by the beach and about a 5 minute walk to "downtown" Sea Bright. The landlords were extremely nice, attentive and professional throughout the entire process. The house was definitely as nice, if not nicer, than advertised. I highly recommend staying here and really cannot say enough good things about the house and landlords.

  We recently had a great extended stay at this newly renovated home by the beach. The home was spacious and has a great kitchen for cooking with new appliances. All the amenities were as described, with excellent wi-fi (which was crucial to us while traveling) and a fantastic laundry room with new machines. The location is superb, within a few steps to the beach and with all Sea Bright restaurants in walking distance. The owners were incredibly accommodating and very responsive. While we stayed during the winter this would be a fantastic rental for summer at the shore. We definitely we would stay here again.
