SRAP4 is a beautifully furnished, completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2ba condo in the Ski and Racquet Club. All furnishings are brand new, including stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and an ultra modern combination washer/dryer. The living room features a 43 inch flat screen HDTV and gas fireplace. The deck off of the living room has a grill and a view of the Breckenridge ski slopes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV, and DVD player, and a private deck with a mountain view.
The Ski and Racquet Club Condominiums are 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The complex is located near the south end of the town of Breckenridge, on Highway 9 (Main Street), near the Breckenridge Ice Rink. It is serviced by the Breckenridge Circulator bus route. The complex has a clubhouse with an indoor pool and hot tub.
The Ski & Racquet Club condominium complex has covered, assigned parking spaces, elevator service, clubhouse, an indoor swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, and laundry facilities in each building. Quiet and secluded yet easy access to town/ski lifts and free shuttle (bus shuttle stop in front of complex).
The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

We stayed at this condo for a few days in July 2013, and were very impressed. The condo is large and extremely well-appointed, everything is new and very tasteful, and there is lots of room for a family with kids. Beautiful view from the patio, and a short walk to center of town. Indoor pool onsite is large, and both pool and hot tub are well maintained. The elevator is very close to the condo, so stairs are not an issue. We will definitley stay there again.
