This beautiful condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC is loaded with amenities inside and out. It’s convenient location is across the Intracoastal Waterway from Barefoot Landing located within the 2,300-acres of Barefoot Resort & Golf, a master planned resort community.
Of course the Barefoot Landing shopping area is one to visit while on your vacation as it has an abundance of shopping boutiques, wonderful dining choices and entertainment galore such as the Alabama Theater and the House of Blues!
For avid golfers the four world-class signature courses including the Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye are just minutes away within the resort.
For those who love the sun and water, a sparkling community pool, with grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms poolside, is just steps away - and access to the larger North Tower pool and hot tub with an adjacent restaurant and marina is a very short drive by car or by the resorts shuttle service.
Then there is the ocean – only two miles from the condo with our pristine beaches for shelling, walking the beach or simply enjoying the ocean and sunbathing.
This super clean “like new” 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to accommodate up to six. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master, twins in second, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Furniture, mattresses, linens, and appliances (including washer/dryer) are all top-quality. The full-size kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for preparing meals if “eating-in” is your preference.
Enjoy the view with your morning cup or favorite beverage from the screened balcony that overlooks the 4th hole of the Norman course while you listen to a relaxing fountain in the pond below.
Two Pools- One in the Rivercrossing complex a few steps from the condo. Another located between the North Tower Condominium and Yacht Club on the Intracoastal Waterway (this is the one in the picture) this pool is one of the largest in SC and also has a swim up hot Tub as well. Near this pool in the resort is the wonderful 'Jasmin's'Spa
The resort has shuttle service both to the North Tower Pool and to the wonderful long pristine beach a couple miles east.
The condo provides lots of linens and towels as well as a full kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have beach chairs and beach towels for your use.
There is a flat screen TV in the LR with a DVR & DVD player. The Master BR has a 19' flat screen on the dresser and there is another TV in the twin BR.
The Unit also has free secure wireless internet as well as telephone with free long distance calling within U.S.
The Unit is a NON SMOKING VILLA and sorry but NO PETS allowed.
The resort has wonderful golf and aquatic activities. The larger pool has a swim up hot tub. The pool area in the rivercrossing complex has barbeque grills, picnic tables and a bike rack. The club houses offer dining for breakfast and lunch and there is another restaurant at the driving range for oven baked pizza and other items such as wings etc.
At the marina adjacent to the large pool the well know there is a wonderful Oyster Bar Rest. which serves lunch and dinner and has entertainment on most evenings.
In the conference center there is another resturant which offers a variety of Sushi & Asian fare.
Right outside the resort there are of course a large selection of dining options to experience as well as the very renowned shopping and dining area of Barefoot Landing.
For evening entertainment there are many options to choose from which include the 'Alabama Theater' House of Blues', 'Broadway at the Beach,' and several night clubs within a few miles in either direction. So whether it is professional golf, miniature golf, eating out, swimming, enjoying the pristine beaches, fishing, shopping or just relaxing, you will most certainly enjoy Barefoot Resort and Golf in North Myrtle Beach.

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach many many times over the years, each time somewhere different! We can personally say that this property is well worth it!!! The owner is very personable, kept in contact as needed, and was very pleasurable to work with. He met us there , gave us a very short, but thourough tour, explained everything to us and made us feel welcome and "at home"! He even shared that he cleans the unit himself!!! The unit was very spacious for my wife, my two children, and myself. We cooked pretty much every night, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We loved the fact that we did not have to bring our sheets, towels, and linens. We did bring our own beach towels, but they have those too! This unit is very close to the pool, grocery stores, walmart, and the ocean is ltterally over the bridge just minutes away. We always found parking in one of the three free public parking lots without a problem. It is also centrally located to take day trips, to Huntington State Park, the Gardens, Georgetown, Calabash NC or even to Charleston for the day! This is a unit we would definately rent again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Erik met us right on schedure. Explained everything to us and made us very comfortable. The condo was in wonderful condition-just cleaned and was well appointed. We are looking forward to our month.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: I have recently retired from the finanical services industry. We have two grown children and four grandchildren with twins on the way. Certainly they all love to vacation on the Grand Strand at every given opportunity.
Why the Owner Chose River Crossing:
While our primary residense is in Greenville, SC we also have a wonderful second home in Barefoot Resort on the intracoastal. We of course visit often and although my golf game needs lots of work, the coast is wonderful place for golf improvement when we are not relaxing on the beaches, eating out in some of the best restuarants in the SE or enjoying the variety of entertainment possibilies in town....!
