One of the few homes in Vero Beach that offers private beach and river access. Newly renovated we offer all the amenities of home, including full laundry, fully furnished kitchen, and new flooring throughout. Take the provided kayaks across the street to paddle with dolphins in the river. Take a relaxing bike ride to the north or south on the wide sidewalks, bikes provided for guests use. Few steps take you over the private boardwalk onto the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests use. Spacious and open living area is great for families large or small. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, queen pull out sofa and an air mattress is plenty to sleep your loved ones. Pet-friendly.
So many activities for the whole family are offered in our area. Walk to McLarty Treasure Museum and learn about shipwreck treasures hidden off the coast and use a metal detector to find some of those treasures. Large treasures have been found. Stroll to Pelican Island nature preserve a nice walk and bird watching. Take guided tours to watch baby turtles leave the nest and make their trip to the ocean. Kayak the river for up close encounters with Manatees, Dolphins and much more. Enjoy exciting nightlife on the mainland directly across the river or in downtown Vero Beach. There are many area restaurants within 20 minutes. World class shopping, dining, golfing and entertainment offered nearby. Disney resort is only 4 miles south. Take a day trip to Orlando or the Disney Parks. Sebastian State Park (2 miles north) offers world class surfing and many hiking trails. Marked lanes run up and down the coast for biking enthusiasts.

This is a beautiful home. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We completely enjoyed our stay here spending our days on the beach and bike riding.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

The house is awesome, location is perfect. Unfortunately it wasn't clear to me that if you rent the lower unit, I would NOT have an ocean view. That is only available from the upper unit. I was planning to have coffee on the balconey while watching sunrises or to just sit and watch the waves. If you want an oceanview, rent the upper unit or find another property. I came here to relax after hundreds of hours of overtime in the previous couple of months and am disappointed in being unable to view the ocean, especially since it has rained almost nonstop since I arrived.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! The house is neat, clean and perfect for your beach get away. Once you step out the door, you are just a few steps from the ocean. You can enjoy your day watching the sea turtles ride the waves. I highly recommend this vacation rental!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

We love this property! We have stayed here the past 2 years in October. We really enjoyed having the modern amenities of home with plenty of space and the peacefullness of the ocean at our doorstep. It was the PERFECT space for our family to relax and enjoy local widelife and adventures. The beach felt very secluded and our son loved treasure hunting and the seeing the turtle nest and manatees. There is also go cart track, treasure museaum and fishing pier close by. We are planning to stay here again this fall. VRecommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Picture of me is when extra low tide during summer with awesome coral reef exposed full of wildlife. Great swimming in ocean and river sides both with beaches.

Great location to enjoy wildlife. Watch for dolphins and manatees just off the shores on the river side. This property offers a private beach for a peaceful place to wind down. Action and night life are only a few miles away so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Just 4 miles from the Disney Vero Beach resort if you are looking for a day trip. The Andretti Thrill Park is across the river in Melbourne and has go cart racing, rock climbing walls, video games for another fun get away. Captain Hiram's and Mulligans are just across the river.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Private location, so there is an abundance of wildlife. This is one of the rare areas where the sea turtles nest and from March to November you can see the nests on the beach and the turtles dining on the reef in front of the home. The turtle museum to the north offers night walks to witness hatchlings making their way to the ocean.
