We rented for an extended stay and were delighted. The house is great. The back yard and adjoining "park" are great for hanging out. Perfect location to walk to Rollins College and Park Ave ( shopping and dining)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.
