Pier Park, at just a five minute drive from our condo, is THE place to shop, dine, take in a movie, or just hang out at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville restaurant.
With Alvin's Island Gift Shop just across the street, you can find that great bathing suit, boogie board, or get some ice-cream to cool you down.
This Italian restaurant is also walking distance from our condo. Their lunch and dinner selections are really worth taking a bite into.
Located next to the Pasta Grill, this is the place to help you wake up and smell the coffee!

This condo is at the west end of Panama City Beach and away from the horrible traffic at the beginning of Front Beach Road. You can get most anywhere you want using the back Beach Road or the Middle Beach Road. Also if you want to miss Panama City use highway 20 to 79 and that will take you very close to the condo. The beach is not crowded and the condo is on the first floor giving you a fantastic view of the ocean. Sitting on the balcony is almost like sitting on the beach. The condo is roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly.

We love this condo! Has a beautiful view of the ocean and really love that it is on the first floor...didn't have to wait on elevators! The inside of condo is in immaculate condition...very beautiful and well kept up. My daughter whom is 8 years old has told us that this is the condo she wants to stay at everytime we come to Panama City Beach. She has great taste at such a young age! We have stayed in other resorts but none have been this beautiful. It is away from all the congested traffic but only minutes away from all the attractions and Pier Park Mall. The best thing about renting this condo is that anytime I have needed to speak with Dan (owner) I have always been able to get in touch with him and he is very helpful and very polite. I have already made my reservations for next June! Can't wait to come back and enjoy the beautiful view and ocean! Love, The Cline's

My family and I stayed at this unit in July. We had a great time and we were so pleased with the condo. It was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. We cooked the majority of our meals in. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans you could want. There were plenty of towels and the washer and dryer were big, so big loads of wash were not a problem. The extra bunk room was great for the kids and the unit slept 8 comfortably. St Andrews State Park is close, and if you have kids, this is a great place to go for snorkeling and swimming. The condo is the last one on the beach before the private homes start. If you like your privacy, just go out the back of the condo and a few feet up the beach and you would have 100' to 200' of beach to yourself. It was great. The view from our unit was great and we hope to return here soon. The Hubbards from Kentucky
