We spent four nights at the flat. It is exactly like pictures. The location is fabulous. We were able to walk to most attractions. The tube and train station are right by the flat. Also several good restaurants right around the corner. There was someone there to let us leave our luggage in the flat since we had arrived early in the day. The owners were very easy to deal with. My only suggestions would be that they add another comfortable chair in the living room, there were 5 of us staying and not enough comfortable seating. Also fans in the living area and back bedroom (there was one in the front bedroom) to help drown out street noise at night. We all agreed we could not have picked a better location or flat. I would certainly recommend it to friends!
