This newly built home (2008) has a nice open layout on the main level connecting the kitchen and living room which is perfect for entertaining. All bedrooms are very roomy and are furnished with comfy queen size beds. The home is fully equipped with wi-fi, flat screen tv, cable, linens, kitchen & cookware, plus much much more!
In addition to the nice open layout of the kitchen and living room, the main level also features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room/mudd room. With all ammenities on one level, this home is accessible for those that require one-level living.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd level. This bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower with tile surround. The pedestal sink melds well with the craftsman style of the home and plush towels are stored in the large linen closet of this bathroom.
Off the back of the home is a nice patio perfect for grilling and hanging out in the afternoon sun. Off street parking is also found at the back of the house.
The front of the home features a porch with Skyline Views of Downtown Minneapolis which is stunning at sunset. Twinkling lights of the city can be seen throughout the night.
We offer 5 vacation rentals in Minneapolis through VRBO as well. All of our vacation rentals are located near Downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota. We live in the same neighborhood so we are local in case you need anything to make your visit more enjoyable!

Excellent house to rent for a stay in Minneapolis ......... great location for the city sights and useful for small groups with the bedrooms and two bathrooms.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this unit for 6days for a family reunion. Great location. Excellent Kitchen layout and living space. Outstanding, unobtrusive support from Owner pre- and post-rental. Nice, detail touches e.g. laundry detergent etc... We highly recommend this Rental house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: We started purchasing homes near downtown Minneapolis and the University of MN as an investment to rent out long term. Having been frequent travelers and users of VRBO, we decided to see if it would work in Minneapolis and were immediately successful. We like to think that our excellent renovation and customer service skills are the reason for the great success...not just because we were the first in Minneapolis to offer vacation rentals :)
Why the Owner Chose Minneapolis:
We have other rental property in the area and live in the same neighborhood as well. In addition to that, Minneapolis is a very popular place ot visit during the summer months and being so close to downtown and great attractions, this home is meant for summer vacationers!
