As frequent visitors to Steamboat ourselves, we know exactly what you want – relaxed western hospitality and a lodge feel conveniently located and close to everything. This unit is at the end of a new cul-de-sac and gets very little noise or traffic. Free bus service on the Steamboat Springs 'Purple Line' to and from the base area stops close by every 20 mins.
Sleeping arrangements make this unit perfect for three couples or 2 couples with kids. It will sleep 8 comfortably in beds or 9 with the sofa sleeper.

The living room has a stone gas fireplace and opens to the patio with BBQ grill. The upstairs TV nook is a great separate hang-out for kids with its flat screen TV, DVD player, and gaming chairs. A full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs so you can pack a little lighter if you’re willing to do mid-week laundry.
Free, high speed wireless internet access is available in the unit for those who cannot leave work behind. Ski storage and boot warmer/dryers are provided in the attached garage. Two hot tubs provide soothing relaxation and are located just across the street.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking staples and equipment if you elect to stay in for lunch or dinner instead of enjoying one of Steamboat’s many excellent restaurants.

We spent 4 days in Steamboat Springs with our kids and grandchildren. The condo was perfect for the occasion -- plenty of room for everybody, spotless, spacious kitchen and well-equipped, large dining area, laundry facilities, pool, internet, etc. The location was very quiet with easy access to the town and also the ski area. Even the next-door neighbors were great -- the grandchildren made friends with their kids and played together. Upon arriving in Steamboat, the management staff at Retreatia were friendly, helpful, and the entire experience couldn't have been better.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved our stay at the Moraine. It's a lovely place that is comfortable and had everything we needed. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the resort, a quick drive to town, or we liked to ride to town from the property on the river bike path which was just down the hill. The townhome is very comfortable and would accommodate many, different groups. We were a party of six adults and two younger children. We loved the onsite pool and we also enjoyed relaxing and cooking gourmet meals at the property. We loved it so much that we're hoping to come back soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

A lot of times vrbo descriptions tend to embellish things to make them appear nicer. This unit was quite the opposite.It had the best amenities, that our kids enjoyed every day. The home was nicely decorated, fully eqipped with all the necessities fr our high expectations.The vacation was EXCELLENT!!! on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 10... you were absolutely the BEST... if we chose to come back to this location... it would largely be because of all your help prior to the trip and during the trip. I truly can't think of a way to improve our experience. thanks again for all your help!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
