Our home's location offers the best of both worlds... a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide safe streets within a few minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and other activities. Additionally, Cape May has the added benefit of being a location which has activities all year long, making it a wonderful place to visit during any season.
Outside you will find a large back patio with a table and chairs and a front porch with a table and chairs as well so you can enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a two-car garage and a wonderful large private outdoor shower. Inside you will find a tasteful decor of yellow, white and blue so you automatically feel relaxed and energized. The master bedroom is large and features a queen-size bed, a dresser, a rocking chair, and a night stand. There are sliding glass doors onto the patio and a powder room in this bedroom. The second bedroom is also generous in size and features two full-size beds and a triple dresser. Both rooms also provide plenty of closet space.
There is a full eat-in kitchen which is fully-equipped with small appliances, pots, pans, gadgets, etc. The bathroom is bright and cheerful. The living room is spacious, comfortable and charming. Our pride of ownership is evident throughout the house and, in addition to the amenities listed below, each room (including the kitchen) is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV. Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. We ask that there be NO Smoking and NO Pets for the benefit of our other tenants.
Our home is blocks away from the beautiful Cape May Beach and is within walking distance of mostly everything else as well. In addition to the numerous activities listed below, Cape May also boasts fascinating walking and trolley tours and has the largest collection of Victorian Homes on the East Coast. You will surely have a wonderful time!!! |
