  Myself, wife and a few other family members stayed for 5 nights at this incredibly accomadating rental. The owner has fully stocked the entire apartment with evey single ammenity you can possibly ask for. from toiletries and beach towells to coolers and a barbeque. Cant ask for more will definely be staying here again

  What a great condo. We have stayed in several condos over the years and I have to say this one was perfect. Glenda was a perfect host. She was quick to reply to questions, met us at the condo and got us settled in. She loaned us her GPS which was a must have if you are going back to San Juan. The pictures are the real deal. When you arrive it will look exactly like it is shown. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Rico. Glenda, Thank You so Much!!! Curtis and Christie

  This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, I and my brother's family were visiting together with 2 little kids. Frankly, we were very sceptical about the facilities we might get in Puerto Rico. However on reaching this property our misperception took no time to go away. This apartment has a fabulous location, an awsome owner and nearly everything you need. When I say everything its everything (band-aid to tide, beachtowels to earbuds). Very well decorated, spacies and an incredible view. As the owner Glenda would get 6 out of 5, her attention to detail and sponteneity in helping new comers like us were way out of ordinary. The only drawback would be the non-ac living area, which in general does not cause a problem with a balcony facing the Atlantic, but at times when the weather is not too cooperative that place in the house becomes least attractive to spend time. I will highly recommend this apartment to all who are planning to visit Puerto Rico.

  We recently stayed 5 nights in this beautiful new condo and had a great experience! We have rented a few villas in the Caribbean and this one was exactly as pictured (if not better, like the view!) and was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need in this unit. We only used the beach chairs (nice beach chairs, Tommy Bahama!) and towels but if you had kids there were plenty of board games if it rains, and don't worry about not having a band aid or q tip if needed, its all there (not saying its a free for all/don't pack anything but its always nice to know you don't have to go buy stupid things like pepper or salt or a whole box of q tips if you need one (done it before!)...There is sleeping room for 8, and the size of the unit would probably be very comfortable, the pools were great (no one was there, very private) This is the first time we have rented and actually met the owner, which was nice... she left us a GPS which we used a few times as this is a little more complicated island to drive than some (follow the water, hug the coast and you'll end up home doesn't apply in PR!) That alone is a very nice touch! DO check out Varadero, the restaurant suggested, perfect quaint dockside restaurant in the nearby marina... awesome food and ambiance. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and cooked a few meals also. We found this location very quiet and away from hustle and bustle, however close to where we wanted to go. We spent one day in San Juan seeing the sights, we did the BIOBAY tour nearby which is a MUST DO, we took the short drive to the nearby Ceiba airport and flew to Culebra for the day (must see!) also was able to see the El Yunque forest, Luquillo beach, and the food kiosks along the road... in only 5 days and trust me we were not rushing anywhere... We had a few questions during the week and Glenda was a quick text message away, very nice to know!!! In the spirit of a true review the only negative thing we had to say, which is probably out of the owners control due to the bylaws of the association was having to enter the gated property as a visitor all week (security guards were not at the post sometime... not a huge hassle, would take the security and gate any day for peace of mind!) Thank you Glenda for an awesome vacation!!!! Don't let the price fool you this is the real deal, very clean and quiet fully-stocked rental with premium furnishings and VIEW!

  EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ABOUT THIS CONDO. EVEN THE SECURITY AT THE FRONT GATE WERE PLEASANT... THE VIEW WAS GREAT AND ALL OF THE BASIC NECCESITIES WERE PROVIDED. MY FAMILY INCLUDES 4 CHILDREN (13,13, 5, 2), AND THEY ALL ENJOYED THIS CONDO. THE POOLS WERE SO MUCH FUN AND THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENTLY ACCESSIBLE. GLENDA AND HER HUSBAND MET US AT THE CONDO AND MADE US FEEL COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE AND EVEN RECOMMENDED SEVERAL PLACES TO EAT AND TO VISIT. SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED.... I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULDNT WANT TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE WHENEVER I TRAVEL TO PUERTO RICO AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH GLENDA.......

  I have never stayed in a more beautiful place. We were there on a family vacation, the view was breath taking and Glenda was so helpful with all of my questions she made it so easy to get all the worrying out of the way before we arrived so we could have a great time. Puerto Rico is such a beautiful place to explore. It made it so much better having a beautiful place to lay our heads down at night. I can't thank her enough for allowing my family to stay in such a great condo with the amazing view pictures here do not even do it justice. It may seem pretty in picture but it is so much more in person. The whole complex was wonderful and the appt. is so well located. I think we swam in every pool on property. Wish I was still there!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We couldnt had pick a better place . My wife and I travel to Puerto Rico every year and nothing compares to Glendas condo . Glenda , the owner of the condo made everything so easy for us from booking to the day we departed. Ladys and gentlemans the condo supplied everything we needed to enyoy our vacation , beach chairs , beach umbrella , beach toys , ect. Location was perfect , the panoramic view out of every room is amazing , Peña Mar complex was very private alsovery peasefull . I could go on forever about this place . Thanx , Glenda . We really loved ur place.

  I cannot express how delighted we were with Glenda's condo! It was stocked with everything we could need---right down to shampoo, sunscreen, and nail polish remover! The beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless! The view was amazing---especially for the sunrise each morning. Last year we stayed at a different condo and while nice, we would not choose to go back. If we ever visit the area again, we will FOR SURE stay at Glenda's condo! Glenda was gracious and kind and was completely available if need be. After we checked out of the condo, we stayed in San Juan for 2 nights and all 5 of us kept saying "we wish we were back at the condo!" Fajardo is an amazing area with wonderful places to eat and beaches and activities for all. This is our second year we have vacationed there and I'm sure will return. If you are looking for a condo, this is the one you want!!!!

  We live on the West Coast of the island and decided on a short getaway to celebrate our daughter;s birthday. All the reviews below are on the money, Brenda's apartment exceeded our expectations and I must say that for the price, you cannot find such a place in Rincon (Our other favorite short vacation area) or anywhere else on the island. We were lucky to visit during full moon nights. We have never seen such a beautiful view,cool and breezy at night from the balcony. We went on the private serenity tours for snorkeling and swimming off Icacos island . Another day trip was to the Hacienda Carabali for horseback ridings which prices are very reasonable. Thank you Brenda for your hospitality and making our stay very enjoyable.
