1376 Empire provides an inviting atmosphere for the entire family to entertain in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Guests will appreciate the open living area that includes a cozy living room, dining area, and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings in the living room add a feeling of space to the comfortably furnished living room which is centered on a river rock fireplace and large flat screen television. Just off of the living room is a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The luxurious master suite has a king size bed, flat screen satellite television with DVD player, and private bath with jetted tub. In the second bedroom, guests will appreciate an additional gas fireplace while sleeping in the comfortable queen size bed or curling up and watching television. The third bedroom comes with 2 cozy twin beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Guests can keep connected with the high speed wireless internet or relax and enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountain sunsets from the brand new private hot tub.
All guests will have access to owner’s private ski locker in the Legacy Lodge locker rooms at the base of Park City Mountain. Guests can store their skis, boots, poles, and more without having to carry ski gear to the mountain each day.

Great location and comfortable home! Had everyting we were looking for, NO complains! Owner was great to work with and property manager location was very close for easy checking-in/out. Great place to stay for your next vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This was a very nice house, with all the amenities, and the location was good. The private ski locker was great. My family enjoyed our stay here. We plan to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
