  This property was just as described and the pictures are accurate. The home is clean and very homey! The pool and HOT TUB were fabulous. A welcome note and treats awaited us in the fridge...nice touch. There were ample fluffy towels for showering and more for pool use. The two flat screen TVs with Dish Network and the high speed Internet put most hotels to shame! We hope to use this property as our Pat's Run base for many years to come.

  This is a great quiet place to stay, exactly as offered. Excellent bedrooms, kitchen and living room. TV & internet is great, but the best amenity ever is the fantastic private pool and perfect new hot tub! (oh, priced better than a hotel and attached garage entry is very convenient.)

  This is a wonderful place to stay in a great, quiet and secure neighborhood. We've stayed in hotels in the area before but never again. This house is larger, more comfortable and more convienent than any hotel, including those with suites. Less expensive too. The description of this property on the VRBO site is very accurate. It was everything we'd hoped for and more. We'll certainly be back to the townhouse on Linda Lane.

  Our family rented this property for the weekend when my son was getting married in Mesa. It was even better than described. It had all the amenities promised and more and was very convienent for all the festivities we had to attend. It was also comfortable for our family members that wanted tostop by and visit with us during a hectic weekend. The owners left numerous welcome gifts and there was everything there that we could have possibly needed. They were very accomodating without being intrusive. Can't say enough about how nice our stay was here, both for the price, the convienence and the comfort. We would love to come back again.

  We stayed here at the end of June for about 6 days to visit my stepsons who live in the area and are attending school. The home was perfect with the pool. bbq and large dining table we abel to have a really great family visit - swimming, cooking and just hanging out with our family. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the home was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The owners worked with us on a late check out since we had a red-eye flight and they were very easy to work with for the whole rental. Highly recommend and we hope to return soon

  Description was truly accurate, very beautiful and comfortable. Photos don't do it justice, immaculately cleaned and decorated, just a wonderful stay. Close to people we were there to visit, nice area, tree lined, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. I would recommend this whole heartedly to anyone.

  This place was amazing. All the comforts of home plus more. So much nicer than the photos show. We were 3 adults and 2 little ones and had plenty of room for all of us. The gas grill was great for grilling. The pool was utilized every day. The high latch on the gate was perfect so our little ones couldn't get in. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners are wonderful!!! The welcome gift was a nice touch! Everything you need to get started on your vacation or in our case visiting a loved one who isn't well. I definitely will rent this place again. I travel to the Phoenix area every year. Thanks for everything.

  GREAT PLACE! All the room we needed for the four of us. This place has been updated and well taken care of. The property owners were fantastic, and easy to work with. The location is perfect to the Gilbert area. The property had everything we needed, the pool is the perfect size.Nice neighborhood, we would stay here again.

  This was a great property located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The furnishings and decorations were beautiful and really nice. The yard and pool provided entertainment for the kids. The transaction was easy and the owner's even left a nice surprise for our arrival (Thank you!). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.
