  Excellent location, walking distance to grocery store, cofffee, hideaway beach, and parks. Princeville was amazing to go walking in, well paved paths. Condo was modern, Loved the washer/dryer. Dishwasher broke and owner promptly fixed it-thank you! Bed could have been more comfortable but overall we enjoyed our stay.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Condo listing and pictures were accurate and the property was immaculately maintained. Loved the renovated interior and the washer & dryer. A pack-n-play was also provided for our 8 month old baby. Location was perfect - easy to get to the main road. Great jumping off point to explore the North Shore. Would love to come back and stay here the next time we return to Kauai.

  We arrived late because of flight, but still excited. Got to the condo and was pleasantly surprised that it was just like the picture. Very comfortable, great location and all the amenities you need to cook at home and relax. Clean place, easy to get too from airport, and to top it off it was affordable considering todays economy, it made it a great first vacation.

  The place was super clean and modern and a perfect place for what we were looking for. We were looking for inexpensive places that had all the modern conveniences and this went above and beyond what we were looking for. It was recently remolded and we just loved it. I do have to say that the location was a bit from the beach and having a car is a must and the other condos on the property did not seem as nice as this unit. But its not like you are hanging around the location all day long and we felt like it was still the best deal we found on the island and look forward to returning again! We highly recommend it!

  We really enjoyed our four night stay here while visiting during January 2013. The condo is clean and welcoming, has a fully applianced kitchen, refrigerator and stove, wifi, a washer and drier, cozy towels and modern conveniences. The best part is the super-convenient location; just minutes to Hanalei Bay, Kilauea and the North Shore beaches and attractions plus access to the local walking path along the golf course - just beautiful! The only detraction from our experience here is that the walls are very thin, and there are a large number of units in the condo building, with voices and noises carrying over from the adjacent residents and guests. But being as busy as we were, we didn't spend too much time in the condo anyway. Would be happy to recommend this property.

  One of the most pleasant ways to start a vacation is to discover your accommodations are beyond your expectations! This condo has the “Wow” factor! Everything is brand new...from appliances, flooring, ceiling fans, large flat screen TV, to the most comfortable furnishings imaginable. The owners have spared no expense in making this a first-class condo/luxury suite. Vacation homes two and three times as expensive aren’t nearly as nice…dollar for dollar…this is the place to be in Princeville!!

  First of all woke up this morning to a giant throw up write outside our room. Don't know who is living in this village but they have problems. The room was semi clean but our lanai is filthy. I don't even want to walk outside with bare feet. I would not suggest staying here under any circumstances. Worst condo complex in Princeville!!

  Owner response: We are SO sorry that there was throw up in the bushes outside of the unit. We have no idea what happened. I called the on-site managers immediately. They stated that they could not see or smell anything. I personally went over and did find some throw up deep in the bushes and cleaned it up. We know that Raam, Rebecca, their child and "service dog" are going through a hard time without a permanent place to live. We are happy we had a place for them for a few nights at the last minute.

  My wife and I stayed in the condo for 7 days. It was just like having our own home in Kauai. The condo had everything you needed to cook meal,go to the beaches(towels, cooler, mats) or stay there and watch TVor movies. Also had freewireless if you must work. The landlord was very thouthful with fresh flowers in the unit and information about the area. We can't wait to go back soon.

  I stayed in this condo for about five days when I visited Kauai in November. The location is perfect for exploring the north shore (Hanalei, Kalalau Trail, Kileaua, etc. The best part of the island, in my opinion). Everything's new and clean. The bed's comfortable. Free wireless is nice. A great place for the price. The landlord's nice and took care of all my requests right away. The only down side is that it can be a little noisy when people in neighboring units slam their doors, etc. But other than that, I give this an A+.

You will see a sign for Sandpiper on your right. Turn right on Pepelani Loop. Take your next street right onto Albert road. Turn right into the parking. Wall down the side walk parallel to Albert road. It is the third down stairs unit on your right Parking: You have one reserved stall #2. No smoking: This is a no smoking condo. Please do not smoke on the Lani. No pets allowed: Quiet hours in the complex is from 9:00pm to 7:00am: Housecleaning: If you desire housecleaning services during your stay please let us know and we will arrange it. Housecleaning is $25 an hour. When checking out please: *Leave all dishes clean in the dishwasher. *Dirty towels in the tub. *Turn off all lights except front door light. *Remotes back on the TV table. *Place the phones back in their charger. *Securely lock the doors and place both the door and pool key in the lock box. $25 fee for each missing key. * Take all trash out to the bin by the parking lot. *Check to make sure that you have all your personal belongings.
