It is a 2 minute walk to Commercial Street, and 15 mins walk to Herring Cove beach. It also comes with 2 car parking which is very important & desirable in PTown, especially during the high season months.
This house has all the amenities you need to enjoy a Provincetown vacation - beautifully landscaped side yard, big fenced-in private backyard with deck, barbecue gas grill, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, CD player with a great CD collections, sunroom, hammock in the side yard, two-car parking, just to name a few. In addition, you are welcome to bring your pet. It also comes with everything you need, kitchen utensils, linens, and towels.
The house is professionally cleaned before each rental.

* 2nd floor accessed via steep typical "Cape Cod" stairway.
* In summers, rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
