Short stay in central Iowa? This charming 3 bedroom located in the heart of town has the look and feel of your home away from home. Located just a few blocks from major retail stores and the mall and just minutes from restaurants and a theatre, this home will be sure to please every guest that walks through the doors of this fine home.
Bring only your basic essentials as this home is completely furnished. The large kitchen is sure to please as it comes with cookware and eating utinsels, a side by side fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to a counter bar and dining seating as well. The large bathroom consists of a soaking tub/shower unit. After dinner and a nice shower, step into the nicely decorated living room, turn on the LCD tv and check your emails on your laptop from our wireless internet service. The bedrooms are quite comfortable and sure to please even the most delicate sleeper.
Rates are $100/night, $500/week. A $50 cleaning fee will be added to stays of 3 days or less. Monthly rates are also available. Call for additional rates
