This is not your typical rental property! Relax or entertain in this beautiful 4,000 square foot home furnished for the most discriminating guests. The home is conveniently located directly above the center of town, one mile from Main Street and the ski parking lot and gondola.
Congregate in the large, sun-flooded living room with a 16-foot cedar ceiling, a towering moss rock fireplace, leather furniture, a 64-inch TV, stereo and entertainment system, and spectacular views of the ski slopes.
Enjoy a game of pool, pinball, darts, or cards in the game room which includes a mahogany bar, TV and Wurlitzer jukebox with 100 CD's. Unwind in the large, 6-person hot tub.
The kitchen is beautifully appointed with solid hickory cabinets, granite tile countertops, and slate tile floors, and includes appliances and cookware to accomodate serious chefs. The warm, adjoining dining room features a one of a kind, hand-carved, teak wood waterfall and a wood-burning, moss rock fireplace.
A large redwood deck with a gas grill and patio furniture is accessed from the dining room and offers the same fabulous mountain views.
While all of the guest bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully done, the master suite is absolutely spectacular. The master bedroom has a 16-foot vaulted ceiling, as well as a three-sided gas fireplace, a private patio, and a 10-foot window offering peaceful, wooded views. The master bathroom is finished in travertine and marble, and includes a 6-foot oval jet tub, a large two-headed steam shower with a frameless glass door, back-to-back sinks in a peninsula vanity, and one side of the fireplace.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. There are three queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two, twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a trundle room with a twin, trundle bed (2 twin beds). The queen bedroom on the main level has its own bathroom, the upstairs queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the trundle room and the downstairs queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunk room.
The house also has a two-car heated garage which will accommodate two Suburbans.

My husband and I just returned from a family vacation in Breckenridge and would return in a heartbeat! The accomodations are just as described and pictured. It was an absolutely wonderful house to host large and small alike. We especially loved the large and cozy family room with its magnificent view and the party/play room on the lower level complete with jukebox, pool table, poker table and pinball machine. The location was perfect as we could walk into town if we chose to. It's a perfect home to entertain your family and their friends! Looking forward to returning someday soon.

We love this home. We will definitely come back for a visit and recommend this home to anyone interested in staying in Breckenridge. We have a little family gathering with siblings and cousins and it perfectly accommodated our group - kids and adults. We've stayed in a lot of rental homes in Colorado and other states and this was by far the best stocked house - very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, towels, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the living spaces were also cozy and warm. It is an exceptionally comfortable house! The hot tub was a nice addition as well as the fun game room which was used by all. Location was prime too! We will definitely return for another gathering with family or friends.

I live in Denver now and all of my family is still back in the Southeastern part of the country. They recently came out to Denver to enjoy the winter weather and do some skiing. We stayed at this beautiful home as a way to avoid the back and forth from my place in Denver. We got so much more than we bargained for. This place is so spacious and nice. It offered up such a great place for me to cook and entertain for my family while they were in town. Several enjoyed the slopes and others lounged around enjoying the luxuries of this amazing home. With the hot tub, pool table, card table, entertainment system and much more, it offered up more fun than my family could all enjoy. What a great place to say. I'm just hoping that it will be available the next time they come to town. I will definitely stay at this house again!

We have enjoyed several ski vacations at this lovely home over the past several years. It is large enough for a family gathering involving extended family members and yet comfortable for smaller groups. The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar that opens into a living room with vaulted ceilings, large windows and a fireplace. The family room offers something for all ages and the owner's extensive collection of interesting games and books will keep everyone occupied after a day on the slopes. The main gathering room remains intimate even with the considerable square footage. I would highly recommend this property. It is close to everything with lovely views and privacy.

Wake up in the morning after enjoying a great nights sleep in this home, make your coffee or tea and sit in the beuatifully appointed living room in front of the fire and plan your ski day as you look out at all the mountain has to offer. If you can drag yourself off the couch you'll have an awesome day skiing, snowboarding, tubing, shopping, eating or just strolling mainstreet because it's just minutes away! If you choose not to venture out there are numerous things to occupy you and your family, from and incredible collection of books and magazines to a vast movie collection. You'll never know the kids are there as they enjoy the lower level's pool table, pinball machine, board games or hot tub! Your family and friends will love you for choosing this luxurious home-away-from-home. It is just that as you need not bring anything but yoursleves and personal effects, the rest is provided, from everthing you need to cook a gourmet meal to a weekend BBQ with some bergers and dogs out on the deck. Our family are repeat offenders and have been lucky enough to use this property for the past 4 years during both Winter and Summer. No doubt Breckenridge is a "World Class Ski Destination" but it's almost even more fun in the summer. Check it out for yourself and enjoy, we always do!

Our family has stayed in this home numerous times, winter and summer. The home is absolutely amazing. The multilevel layout makes for spacious living and fun for the kids. Pool table, pinball machine and a jukebox will keep the kids entertained for hours. A sweeping view of the mountains out of the main living room is absolutely breathtaking. Can't go wrong with this rental.

This place is outstanding. We rented this property for a client gathering for some mountain fun. Plenty of room to spread out and the accomidations are great for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Minutes from the slopes and main street. If you're looking for a large family gathering or just a nice place to bring friends for a break from the hustle and bustle this place is great to slow down the pace and relax.
