Nice neighborhood. Quiet. The place was in excellent condition. Here's the rub: 1) It is very small. two people max. 2) Kitchen is not usable or functional for cooking. We did not cook at all in it. Nice bottle of wine that we did not drink. 3) Watch the $75. clean-out fee. That's over-the-top from our perspective. We never cooked or grilled outside. Just used the bath and bed. We've had other experiences where the owners refunded this fee, since we caused no problems. This couple did not. They should have. 4) We think the unit is overpriced by about $400. for the week. It's nice and clean, but still a bit pricey for what we got.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
