Welcome to our pet friendly beachside pool home!!
You can choose the unpopulated beach with the access ramp right across the street, or the in ground, solar heated pool with privacy fence. Either way you will not be disappointed. We are offering this four bedroom, two full bathroom, 2400 square foot, pet friendly home on one floor that has been recently updated for your total relaxation and pleasure.
Ponce Inlet is an ideal place to stay while visiting Daytona Beach Shores. It is quiet and unassuming. There is no street parking so there are no crowds on the beach, which is wide and beautiful. If you go two blocks west you will come to the Halifax River where there is charter fishing, kayaking, Wave Runners, and other water activities. Notable restaurants are Inlet Harbour, where you have to go to see the spectacular sunsets, Boondocks for their exceptional fish sandwiches, and The North Turn for their NASCAR history. Head South to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, which is Florida’s tallest, for a tour of this wonderful landmark. After the tour grab a bite at the Lighthouse Landing restaurant. Another good restaurant is Jerry’s pizzeria, which features an outside tiki bar.
The house has been recently renovated with new windows and doors, new master bathroom, new kitchen appliances, new bedroom furniture, and a fresh coat of paint. The layout of the house is U shaped, with the pool in the middle. One side of the house features the kitchen, dining room, and common area. The front features the large living room, and the other side contains the bedrooms and bathrooms. It is spacious and comfortable.

I went on this vacation to get away from life's stress and believe me, it is a beautiful sanctuary of peaceful joy and serenity! From the stunning beach, restraunts, pool, accomodations and activities this is THE PLACE to go. Thank you Jane and Scott for sharing your home with those of us looking to get away from everyday life. I really don't know where to begin. I've been taking my 2 boys (one with special needs) and the para to Florida every year for 8 yrs. This is the first time I have stayed at Jane's home and I will never book reservations at another venue. The house was unbelievably clean, fresh, equipped, cozy and just plain fun. The layout and furniture were perfect. Plenty of space, restrooms and enough extras to keep you all busy; TV's, games, pool -- not to mention the beach! Walk out the door, cross the road and you're there. I walk further at home to get my mail. Jane has really gone out of her way to provide everything you need. I also want to mention her understanding when talking with me about making sure this was the right place for my son with special needs. She listened with care and took the time to ensure we would have every need met. It truly was the best vacation of the past 8 yrs. SO - with that said -if you are reading this, don't reserve first half of July -- it's mine :) Really can't wait to go back!! Our vacation felt like "our home at the beach"! The home was just beautiful, imaculate, & comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The pool was clean, perfect temp & made it possible to swim anytime we wanted. The beach was "perfect"! Water clear, blue-green, with red streaks of sand that mezmorized me each time I walked on it. I loved seeing the dolphins for first time at dusk. Pictures cannot do this home justice. There were exellent eating, tourist, and fun places to go within reasonable distance. My first time to this area, but definately will be booking next years vacation here & hope to spend an extra week. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone wanting to get away from real life for a while. I am so grateful for the time my family & I spent there !Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

I have been coming to Daytona for vacation for several years now, and usually stayed in a condo, but decided this year to find a comfortable home to stay in. This home was everything I was hoping it would be. I couldn't believe how large the home was until I walked through the front door. The home had an abundant amount of light from all the windows, as well as all the doors that lead to the private back yard. The house wraps around a large pool and deck area that is perfect for us to chill pool side. The inside of the home was amazingly clean, in perfect order, and had plenty of room to spread out with two very large living areas. But the very best part of this home, was it literally took my family 30 seconds to walk to the beach. No more high rise vacations, with the inconvenience of the slow elevators for us. We will definitely be back and know exactly where we will be staying. We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. It is well appointed, very nicely decorated, lots of nice towels. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The kids loved the pool, and the very unpopulated beach only steps away. The house is very clean, newly renovated with new appliances. We only wish we were able to stay longer.
