  Even the apt. Is simply furnished and rather small, the location is excellent. The neighborough is lively and nice, but the apt. Is in a quiet street. The only negative thing is the bathroom Tiny and not really confortable. The owners are very helpfull and friendly

  The location is incredible, it's in front of Galata Tower, a couple of minutes far from Istiklal Caddesi and just across Galata bridge. The owners are really kind and helpful. The district is very lively and exuberant, which is why you may need earplugs to sleep at night. The only drawback may be the bathroom which, apart from being a bit tiny, should be renovated. Anyway, nothing to be scared of! A wonderful stay in an amazing town.

  Très bel et confortable appartement Points positifs : - le quartier est très animé, pleins de restaurants et de bars. Vue sur la tour galata - les monuments ne sont pas trop élognés on peut y aller à pied - l'appartement contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour - les propiétaires sont très gentils et réactifs Points négatifs : - La salle de bain est très petite.

  I've just returned from a lovely stay at this really cute and very conveniently located apartment just steps from the Galata Tower. The price was comparable to many hotel rooms but for the same amount of money, we had the spaciousness of a small apartment, which was great, since I was traveling with a friend and it was nice to have our little separate spaces when we went to sleep. We didn't use the kitchen much but we did use the fridge and it was great to have knives, mugs, etc at our disposal. The location is a short walk from a tram we used virtually every day, and a longer walk from Taksim and other nice parts of the city. Also, not far from the more touristy Sultanahmet, which was convenient for site-seeing but we didn't really want to stay in an area that was that touristy. Also, there is a jazz club just opposite the apartment and a really great restaurant that has live music on most nights. Again, location was unbeatable! The hosts were also very kind and arranged for a shuttle for us to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this place!

  This apartment is really comfortable, nice and very well located close to main touristic places (tramway is 5min away, bar restaurants shops are directly down the apartment. We spent there 5 nights and will be back there for sure for our next visit to Istanbul! We also really appreciate the qualit of the cleaning of the place. The communication with the apartment's owner was excellent and really helpful to facilitate our check in / check out. To sum up: Excellent quality/price rate !

  The place to be to live Istanbul. Close to the Galata tower, in the middle of a vivid touristic yet local atmosphere. Gatway to Istanbul's pedestrian street (Istiklal Caddasi). Super nice place surrounded by cafes, bars, backerys, and restaurants...you will feel the vib instantly. Clean, couzy, and full of charm,,.,BUT its bathroom is super super tiny...take that into consideration. Also there is one bedroom and a sofa that sleeps two in the living room. Other than this...ENJOJ the hospitality of the owners and most important ..ENJOY Istanbul

  This apartment is literally a few steps away from the Galata Tower and square, right in the centre of the "cool" Beyoglu quarter, full of bars and shops. We found it to be the perfect location since we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment may seem a bit modest but it certainly has eveything you can need (good hair dryer, iron, microwave, etc). It also has free wi-fi, which was great. The downside? It did get a bit noisy at nights but that goes to show how central it is. Hairy, the landlord, was very nice yet straightforward, which is something we appreciated. I would recommend this apartment 100%.

  This was my first visit to Turkey - i had a 5 day working break in London and I have always wanted to go - the choice of where to stay. This flat is lovely - in the heart of the old city Galata. The famous Tower is 2 mins away. Kitchen ,comfortable bed and the sofa bed was fine as well. The apartment overlooks a lane with bars, restaurants - you feel in the heart of a new culture. The apartment is beautifully heated, full of character and I can hardly wait to go back. Zumrut and Hayri are bubbly hosts - respectful of your space but always on hand to answer and advise. Our pane was late - Hayri was there - he took us to a great lane way bar for our first night. Will return - nice people and Turkey is wonderful

  My husband and I stayed here November 2011. We can highly recommend the apartment and its very central location right at the base of the Galata Tower . The apartment, on the 1st floor is compact, but extremely light and airy, and has a well equipped kitchenette. It is in a quiet street and handy to restaurants, cafes, shops and transport. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and responsive to any requests - which helps make a stay here so relaxing and comfortable. All in all a great place to be if you want to be close to the action of Istiklal Street and the many restaurants and cafes of the area. Brissietravellers

  First of all I like to thank the owners' hospitality.They were very kind and helpul during my stay. They collected me from the airport to the place. Place was exactly the same like I expected,the property clean and well-maintained. I can recommend this property to fellow travellers without a hesitation. Place was situtated in the walking distance to the cafes,restaurants, trains,taxis and all kinds of entertainments. Ayasofya Mesium and Sultan's Harem,Sunken Cistern,Grand Bazaar are the most attractive places to visit.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
