Casa Conchita is a lovely three-bedroom / two-bathroom villa with a detached one-bedroom / one-bathroom guesthouse also located on the property. The house rests less than one block from the beach, just north of the “left” surf break. This is a very quiet neighborhood with other elegant villas and vacation rental properties. Being so close to town, the beach, and no hills mean you don't need a golf car or rental car during your stay.
Casa Conchita is privately located behind two large gates (secure parking) which open up to the beautiful garden/pool area equipped with lounge charis, umbrellas, and a large step in the pool to keep you cool. The grass yard is highlighted with natural tropical plants and flowers. If your are lucky, you might even be able to eat bananas directly from our trees.
The large outdoor palapa-covered living/dining area is big enough to easily accommodate every member of your group. Strategically placed fans ensure constant fresh air throughout the day and nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary equipment to prepare lavish meals or freshly caught fish. For an additional fee, a private chef can be provided.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright due to the door that opens to the garden and pool. A king sized bed allows for comfortable sleeps and the big private bathroom has plenty of room for all your belongings.
The two other bedrooms are traditional in size and have a king sized bed and 2 twins (which can be converted into another king).
Bathrooms are spacious and are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner for your convenience as well as blow dryers.
The 2nd story guesthouse is separate from the main house and has big sliding doors to the views of the garden and pool. It provides a queen sized bed and private bathroom.
Do you want the house stocked with the essentials before your arrival?? Coffee, fruit, beer, etc. We have concierge services available for an extra charge.

Casa Conchita is exactly as advertised. I was extraordinarily pleased with the property and the owners. Storm and Courtney did a great job not only decorating the home but also being available and helpful throughout our stay. We called on our second day to inquire about heating the pool and Storm was there within 20 minutes to hook it up. The house is very comfortable and the attention to detail is refreshing. Our group included children from the ages of 3 months to 4 years old. The house/pool (large 2' deep area) worked perfectly for all of us. I highly recommend Casa Conchita and plan on visiting the home again.Thank you for everything, we had an amazing trip!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We arrived in Sayulita from Northern California and New York City on January 10, 2012. Our one week stay at Casa Conchita was centered around three families, all with children, having fun in the sun. We did extensive research on other properties before booking our time at Casa Conchita. Once we contacted Storm, the owner of the property, we knew we had found the perfect match for our group of 9 people ranging in age from 6 months to 49 years. The house and apartment was perfectly secure, tastefully decorated, well appointed and very well laid out for just about any use. The covered outdoor patio proved to be the perfect place to serve our group dinner that we prepared from ingredients sourced from the several grocery stores located within a short walk of the property and the vendors that slowly motored by selling everything from fresh seafood, tamales and fruit. The bar located right off the kitchen served perfectly for the kids breakfast and it was a great place to line up food buffet style. The property and pool is spotless, well maintained, super close to the beach and some really excellent restaurants (Tropical House is a must!) and the weekly Farmer's Market, but far enough out of town for us to be able to enjoy long nights of peaceful sleep. The beds are very comfortable and there was always enough chairs, bar stools and outdoor couch space so that even with our diverse group, it always felt close but never crowded. The real gem though was our host, Storm. He helped us in every way possible. He gave us great tips for restaurants, lined-up baby sitters, helped us with our transportation and was 100% totally responsive to our every need. I would recommend Casa Conchita in an instant to virtually any family or group seeking a place to experience the absolute best of 'Sayulita Life'. About the owner: We used to own Hotel La Casona in Sayulita. We thought it was pretty spiffy, and so did a lot of our return guests. We also own Sayulita Public House, Sayulita's only pub, so we know how to have a good time. This is all good news if you're planning on staying at Casa Conchita. We met a few years back in Costa Rica. Courtney was running a bar, and I owned a hostel. We ended up on a converted school bus traveling through Central America for a few months with 5 other amigos. Somewhere along our journey we happened upon Sayulita, and loved it. Our romance began on that bus trip, and when we decided that we were ready to leave Costa Rica, we headed straight for Sayulita. Now we're getting married here!
Why the Owner Chose Sayulita:
We chose Sayulita obviously because of the beauty, but maybe even more because of the community. It's a small town, and it's a very close community. It's difficult to walk from Casa Conchita into the center of town without saying hello to several pals.

We live right around the corner from Casa Conchita, so we'll always be close by should you need anything. We manage and maintain our own home, so no dealing with property managers or several other people. We're it.
