Horizons 4 condominiums are located on River Street and 3rd, just blocks from River Run Day Lodge at the base of Bald Mountain. The condominium is perfect for people who love outdoor activities. We are two blocks from the 48 mile paved walking/biking path that encircles Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Elkhorn. Take your mountain bike up one of the many trails available. Rent tandem bikes and ride with your kids on the path! Ski to River Run Day Lodge Lifts in winter months, Walk to the River Run day lodge and hike one of the many trails up the mountain; you can also ride the quad chair lift up or down the mountain, and eat at the top. Try out one of the great golf courses in the area, or rent kayaks and head to the nearby lakes or rivers.
Horizons 4 condominiums have silver star ratings by area property management companies. Compare our rates to theirs - you won't find a better deal!
Our complex has a nice grassy campus with a heated, in-ground pool and huge in-ground jacuzzi. You can catch the KART (bus) or walk into the town of Ketchum for fabulous dining and great shopping. Many of the Sun Valley area art galleries are within walking distance of the condominium. Enjoy Art Walk each Friday night in the summer, when the galleries are open until 9:00 p.m. and have wine, cheeses and artists on site to talk with you! Watch a movie at the theatre in Ketchum.
The Sun Valley/Ketchum area is a great place to visit all year round, with fabulous sales on equipment and clothing in the off season. Check us out for Jazz Fest! (October)
The weather is usually nice in June and September, but the crowds are gone and the sales are on! No waiting for dinner reservations or seating in the bars and restaurants!
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master bedroom has two plush twin beds which can be made into a king, with 3/4 bathroom in-suite.
Second bedroom has a king bed and uses the hall bathroom. Hall bathroom has a sink, toilet, tub and shower.
One person can sleep comfortably on the couch in the living room, and there are extra sheets and blankets for this.
The condo was recently updated, with a river rock fire place, and tile floors in the entry, bathrooms, and kitchen. The master shower is also fully tiled. Beautiful muted green carpet covers the living areas, and the family room has new, comfortable couches. There is a great view of Bald Mountain from the living areas of the condo.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar pass-through with three bar stools on which to sit, and the dining room has a table which comfortably seats 4.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here in July. We had a wonderful time. Ketchum/SV is one of our favorite places to visit so we were excited to get back for a few days. The condo was great... well maintained and within walking distance to everything. Was able to spend an afternoon at the pool which was nice as well. Thanks for providing us with a great/affordable place to stay!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in Sun Valley. Everything in the condo was as described in the posting, and the owner was very nice to work with. The condo quickly felt like home, and we had a hard time convincing the kids that we had to leave! While in Sun Valley, we went on several hikes, including the hike down from the top of Mount Baldy. Although the hike was long it was beautiful, and the chairlift ride to the top was a lot of fun. We rented bikes and rode the path, and the kids especially enjoyed riding bike to lunch at Smokey Mountain Pizza. My husband enjoyed fly fishing with Lost River Outfitters, and we even made it to a couple of the hot springs and the pool at the condo. Needless to say we had a busy week.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was clean, well cared for. The beds were very comfortable. It was large enough to host several family gaterings. The pool, hot tub and large activity room add to the fun.

My husband, two kids and I had a fabulous time in this condo. It was charming, comfortable and well cared for. You could tell many memories were made there and we now have some of our own. The location is perfect. The owners and the neighbors are great. The price is right. We highly recommend it.

This condo near the base of River Run is in a prime spot near the mountain and a few blocks away from downtown Ketchum. It's cozy and comfortable for a Sun Valley vacation. Thanks!
