  The house was just what we needed. Open, sunny, clean and spacious. All communicaiton was quick and helpful. We have already talked about renting it again next winter.

  We first stayed here a few years ago and keep coming back. Our friends and family staying in South Lake Tahoe rave when they stop by to see the house - spacious rooms, fenced private yard with hot tub, and everything we need to bbq and relax the week away. On a quiet neighborhood street, it's a peaceful home away from home, yet close to activities and adventures such as nearby hiking trails right behind the house and a short drive to Fallen Leaf Lake . We've had an easy time scheduling visits, and couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

  We love this house because it is close to both Lake Tahoe and many great ski resorts. The house is clean and well maintained. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very nicely appointed. Perfect for enjoying everything Tahoe has to offer both in the summer and the winter!

  My family and I have stayed at the home several times over the last few years during the winter and summer seasons. It is close to skiing, to the lake and to the casinos. The home itself is super clean, new and has lots of room for big families. It is decorated really nice too, not the stuff that you didn't want in your house so you put it in the vacation home type of stuff! You are walking distance to shopping and right around the corner from the bus stop if you don't want to drive to the slopes, the lake or casinos. You cannot go wrong staying here any time of the year. We will be booking our stay for the winter and summer again! We have recommended this place to our friends and family.

  We have stayed at this property four times since our first visit in 2009. Great location right by the Y, close to hiking, skiing, shopping, and of course, beautiful Lake Tahoe. The owners are quick to respond to your questions, and make your stay one to remember. The house is immaculate, decorated with mountain charm, and has everything you need to be comfortable. You can B-B-Q right on the deck overlooking the big back yard, and step just outside the door to enjoy the hot tub in both Summer and Winter! After staying in marginal places in the past, we are so glad to have found this wonderful place for our Tahoe area vacations. We have recommend it to all of our family and friends, and everyone has raved about it. You won't be disappointed!

  This place was AMAZING. My boyfriend and I were planning a trip with a group of friends and were having a hard time finding a place to accommodate us all that was affordable...then we came across this gem. Very comfortably slept all 9 of us, including some husky boys:) Even the couch pull out was super comfy. The property was exactly as described, extremely clean and beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, expansive decks for lounging and enjoying the view, and the hot tub was a fabulous bonus! It is so roomy and spacious we never felt crowded, and you can't beat the location for proximity to Camp Richardson, ski resorts, and all the night life of South Lake Tahoe, ESPECIALLY at this price. We are planning on making this our annual retreat:) Would definitely recommend this property for anyone vacationing with family or friends.

  I have stayed at this property a few times now and I absolutely love it! It's a well maintained home and is in the perfect location. It's about a 10 minute drive to the casinos and close to restaurants, grocery stores and convenient stores. The backyard is huge and includes a hot tub to soak in every night. Great cabin decorations, great layout, big garage, clean and convenient! I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

  We went once in the summer and once in the winter and had so much fun both jet skiing in the lake, and sledding at Heavenly. We fell in love with Izzy's burgers. And the townhouse is spacious, clean, and has a large backyard perfect for a bbq or snowball fight. It's close to shopping, dining, and all that Tahoe has to offer.
