The condo was wonderful, the fact that it was an end unit right next to the trail was even better. The condo was clean, updated, well maintained and had great amenities. Pictures and listing description was accurate. The owner was very accommodating easy to communicate with, all my questions/concerns were answered quickly and thoroughly. This is our second year returning and staying in the same condo, if we decide to return to Jay next year we will not hesitate to book this condo again!!! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

I am now spoiled! Renting this condo will make it difficult for me to be happy at lesser places. From the location ON A TRAIL to the immaculate rooms, the thoroughly equipted, beautiful, modern kitchen, to the cozy master bedroom (with the amazing king-sized bed)... I strain to choose adjectives to describe this condo, without sounding ridiculous. Besides, I want it available to us next year. Why would I want to convince others to rent this place? One reason: the owners are genuinely nice people; they are fair and trusting and they have pride in their condo. And they should!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Our stay here was terrific from start to finish. The owners are a delight to deal with, making every step of the rental process easy, straightforward, and transparent. Their condo is warm, inviting, and immaculate. Their beds are plush and comfortable, their kitchen is modern and lends toward home cooked meals (if you are interested in that), and all appliances are in excellent working order. Our children appreciated the wide screen television and the X-Box 360 gaming system (with Kinect). We appreciated the warmth and glow of the fireplace. Jay Peak is a great mountain, with reasonable lift ticket prices and very tolerable lift lines. Jay Peak's indoor water park is a huge added extra. Great for kids, great for adults. You can enjoy the water rides or relax in the jacuzzi, or simply have a drink while your children swim and play. It is a short ride into Quebec if you want to explore (don't forget your passport). All told, if you are looking for top notch skiing and a lovely place to stay in, you need look no further than here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
