This is a wonderfull home on a fully developed peacefull cul-de-sac in Summerhill, Lady Lake, The Villages (a community designed for the active retiree). Nicely furnished by Southern Lifestyles.
With newly added internet access you can check your e-mail and easily make Tee Times at home with your laptop. We will provide a user name and password.
Our electric Par Car golf cart(included)will get you anywhere you want to go in The Villages.
Master bedroom with king size bed and TV. Guest bedroom with queen size bed and TV. Third bedroom set up as a den with closet, TV, and full size sleep sofa including premium air matress. Vaulted ceiling living room has queen size sleep sofa. Crisp, clean and kept cool with central air and five ceiling fans throughout the house (including one on the lanai). The Lanai faces east which means afternoon shade at the rear, entertaining area of the house, (very nice after that long day on the course, or court, which ever the case may be).
Relax and read a book on the screened lanai, play a round of golf or bocci, take in a polo match, or visit Disney World, but by all means, do not let your visit pass without visiting both of the Town Squares for FREE entertainment nightly.
