The property as beautiful and rental staff was very friendly. The first 3 days we had issues with the pool and hot tub, luckily my father in law was able to fix any issues after that. We had a TV go out while we were staying there and they promptly sent someone over and had it replaced. We also had some animal issues and had to have a pool cleaner come one day and clean animal feces from the pool. It was promptly taken care of as well. Has quick access to the beach and wonderful views from the roof top balcony. Our biggest complaint was on the last day at the home we left some expensive retainers behind when we checked out. This was completely our fault. We contacted them and we were told a cleaning lady had them and they would ship them to us. A few days later we contacted to see if they were shipped and we were told that the cleaning person had to run out and the retainers were never seen again. We would have gone back to the home that day and picked them up if we weren't told they would be shipped and were in possession. This was a 1k out of our pocket. In the very least we expected that the cleaning service fee would be waved and it wasn't. There are a lot of nice properties in the area so we are unsure if we will stay here again. When spending thousands you expect to be treated that way. We were told we would be taken care of on our next trip but not sure we will give that opportunity. The home is beautiful though and we did have a good time, unfortunate that happened...the other stuff we were very understanding about.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
