The Disney Jewel villa is situated in the prestigious area of Rolling Hills Estates at Formosa Gardens, on an oversized corner lot. This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just a five minute drive to the home of Mickey Mouse.

The 3300 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. Pool villa with FREE pool heat using solar panels to heat the water! The main living room includes a 65 inch LED Smart TV. Video games library and movies are included. Spectrum Gigabit Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8 and separate reading area. Games room with Arcade console.

All bedrooms have hardwood floors.

First floor Master bedroom has a queen size bed and 42 Smart TV with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Second floor Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and 32' Smart TV with ensuite bath. 3 bedrooms include matching twin beds, ipod/ iphone alarm clocks and 32' SmartTVs. 6th bedroom includes a Queen size bed. 7th Bedroom includes 2 twin beds

All bathrooms are fully appointed and have stone countertops. Washer and dryer. Private games room with 42' Smart TV, ping pong table, Darts and many board games is truly fun for the whole family. Screened in lanai is the perfect place for a swim in our solar heated pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Shopping is just minutes away with grocery and retail stores, world class outlet shopping as well as many restaurants and pubs. We are only 20 minutes away from Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Lego Land, 60 min to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf beaches, 1hour to Daytona beach and the space coast, NASA, Cocoa Beach. 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.

Ok, not great

This house has a lot of potential but our stay was just OK. The remote lock’s battery was dead so we had to wait 2 hours for someone to check us in. The game room has a dart board with no darts, a foosball table with two broken sticks, and a ping pong table that is about half the size of the one in the picture. The wi-fi was slow. The pool has solar heat that probably works fine in the summer, but for us it was too cold to swim. Overall I still gave it 3 stars because the house is big and was relatively clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is only 15 min drive to Disney.

This home was not clean. I had to clean it once I arrived.

Our stay at this home was very disappointing. I have twin babies, and only brought one pack n play because the description stated that they provided one. When we arrived, the one that was there, was nasty and broken. It was being held together by duct tape. I had to purchase another crib at the cost of $100 so our twins could sleep safely. After crawling on the floor for 20 mins, we noticed the babies hands, feet, and clothing were black from the nasty floors. I couldn't find a mop. So once again, I had to head to the store to buy a mop and then came back to scrub the floors. We found a toenail in my daughters sheets late that night, when I went to put her to bed. I stayed up most of the night washing sheets. The home is a good size and is close to the parks. But it needs some major cleaning though. We will not be staying here again. The high chair is broken, as are the other booster seats that were available. They provided one (1) garbage bag for the kitchen. We had to buy more. I get that this is a rental home, but it left much to be desired.

Clean house and great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean and well stocked with towels. Kids loved the pool and the table tennis/games in the garage. Most importantly, it was a great location, very close to Disney parks, ~15min drive.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because we love the area of Formosa Gardens. With Disney World only 2 miles away and shopping within 5 minutes. Restaurants and Pubs are all minutes away. The location is perfect for our family. Close to everything!
