Located in the Heart of Destin, Pelican Beach Resort is first class in its amenities, location, and family fun. The resort is located right across from the Big Kahuna Water Park and is directly on the beach - no street to cross.

We have a beautifully decorated, Non-Smoking, two bedroom, two bath condo on the ninth floor. It has a gorgeous gulfview from the master bedroom and living room, both with access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with TV/DVD. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room with a TV/DVD. The condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer! Snowbirds are welcome. Minimum 2.5 months (Jan-mid March)

As a guest, you are invited to enjoy an outdoor pool with a water fall, an indoor pool (both heated), and a kiddie pool. There is also a beachside hot tub, fitness room, video game room, tennis court, play-zone for children offered Memorial Day through August 31, outdoor grilling, massage therapist, and beach service for umbrellas and chairs (March 1 through October 31). The beachside tiki bar is another main attraction for guests just steps away from the beach, pool, and sunbathing area. Also check-out Chans Market for burgers, pizza, and hot dogs.

Don't forget about all of Destin's attractions too! From restaurants on the beach to Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall up the street, there is something for everyone in Destin. The Bass Pro Shop just recently opened, and as usual you can enjoy deep sea fishing, golf, parasailing, miniature golf, dolphin cruises, and much more.
