This is a single-level, full Cape Cod house on the Bay side that is great for families. There is a queen bed, two twin beds, and one bunkbed. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, ceramic tile floor and cabinetry. It is well equipped with everything from blender to lobster pot. There are books, puzzles, games, and air hockey/ping pong for that rare rainy day. High speed internet and wifi are both available.
A large deck with patio furniture gets full afternoon sun. Behind is a wooded lot that affords plenty of privacy. The house is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. Your beach sand can be rinsed off in our outdoor shower that is fully enclosed. There are 2 full bathrooms, and the driveway is large enough for four cars or that boat you tow.
Just minutes to Thumpertown and Campground Beaches, Wiley Park and Great Pond Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided.

Though I live in New York State, the Cape has been my love since my college days at
UMass Amherst. My wife, daughter and son have all enjoyed our time on the Cape, and look forward to living there full time some day.

I began vacationing in Eastham about 30 years ago. I had found it to be a wonderful town to bring your family and children to, and wanted to have a piece of it for myself. In addition, I am happy to have it available for other families to enjoy.
