Top floor with a beautiful southeast facing wrap-around balcony affords wonderful cool views of the Gulf of Mexico. Indoor amenities Granite Countertops, New Cabinets, and Curtains throughout. Outdoor amenities include two outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, and steam room.

This Non-Smoking Condo is spacious and functional for small or large families with three bedrooms and two baths, including one off the master bedroom, plus a queen sofa sleeper. Master bedroom and family room open up onto the large wraparound deck with plenty of seating for relaxing or eating. This condo also contains a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils. We also have DSL Internet Access, three TVs, two VCRs, a DVD, and a stereo.

You can save by renting directly from the owner. Save money and get the space of a three bedroom. You know the place is well kept because when it's not rented, we stay there. We're confident you'll have a wonderful and relaxing time enjoying our condo and the incredible sugar sand beach below.

  • 4 great weeks at the beach, who could ask for more! Having such a great condo for 4 weeks made the stay even better. We stayed from April 18-May 16, 2009. Top floor was perfect for spotting dolphins playing and fish feeding. Can't say how many weddings we witnessed on the beach from the wrap-around balcony. Even with many days of rain we really enjoyed our stay because it was evident that the condo had recently been updated with tiled floors, new appliances and such. The owners were attentive to all our needs and immediately returned calls when small concerns arose. We would recommend this property and the owners to all.

  • We had the best time here! Everything was wonderful from the weather to the ameneties! Our kids slept like they were at home. The best part was the location...close to everything! Thanks Brian for a wonderful vaction at your condo! Can't wait till next year.

    I have had one negative comment recently that stemmed from a guest. The comment has not been posted, but I wanted to let all future renter's know about the comment. I had to partially withhold a security deposit from a guest because I owed my crew for a double cleaning of the condo due to an excessive mess being left. The guest then wrote a complaint on here. That was my one issue and has since been resolved. Please come and enjoy our condo!! Brian Weis

  • We had a very enjoyable stay at this unit in March of 2006. The grounds were coming back to life with green spaces and the pools were all opened. The beach was magnificent and the views from our 9th floor unit were spectacular! We saw dolphins on 2-3 occasions. The unit is very well kept and the Fiihr's were great tenants to rent from!

  • What a wonderful week. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. Accomodations were very clean and more spacious than expected. Beautiful beach, plenty of eateries close, and all the little extras, like sauna, steamroom, swimming pool and tennis courts made this a busy and relaxing week. You've got yourself a repeat customer.
