This past week was our 4th time staying at Seaside Beach and Raquet Club. This was our first time using VRBO to book it. Brian the owner made it very easy and accommodating. The condo was clean and very spacious. We spent a lot of the time on the on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. We would definitely book with this owner again.

New "snowbirds"

As first time “snowbirds”, we enjoyed our 2 month stay at the Seaside. The complex was located right on the beach, which was never crowded, and offered easy beach access as well as a fabulous view. The complex amenities were great: an indoor pool, steam room and sauna as well as an exercise room with showers in the same building; two outdoor pools with plenty of room to sun bathe on each pool deck as well as the sundeck adjacent to the tennis courts and chairs overlooking the beach. While the complex was large with the five buildings, there was plenty of parking space and it was surprising quiet, with most of the “noise” being the waves on the sand. The condo was very conveniently located just off the elevator. The view from the expansive balcony was fantastic. We were able to see up and down the beach and saw dolphins several mornings as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The main living area was spacious, affording us plenty of room to use our Wii while others enjoyed a leisurely breakfast or late snack at the table or breakfast bar or read a book in one of the recliners or just stretched out on the large sofa. The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area is a great place to spend some quality time and just relax and the Seaside is convenently located to access both communities quickly. We look forward to our next visit here to Orange Beach and Seaside!

We went to Orange Beach for our fall break. The beach & weather were absolutely gorgeous! Our condo was awesome as well! Loved the option of the indoor pool. Three pools to chose from is a nice option to have. The condo is stocked with all the kitchen accessories you need and has plenty of towels!! Brian was very helpful and wonderful to work with! Our family has already discussed staying at his condo again:)

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed last summer and enjoyed our time there very much. The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of five. The location is wonderful- right on the beach! It's also close to many restaurants and stores. The only thing I would recommend is adding some rugs- despite sweeping every day, sand was EVERYWHERE! ;) Very nice owner, nice condo- book it with confidence that it's a great value and great location!

We enjoyed a great time from early Sept. 2oo9 till Nov. 25 2009. The Unit was very clean well organized and ready for occupancy. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. Our children visited a couple times and we had plenty of room. The beach was always clean and the fishing was great.Thank's again Brian for helping us have a great time...Sandi & Ed

4 great weeks at the beach, who could ask for more! Having such a great condo for 4 weeks made the stay even better. We stayed from April 18-May 16, 2009. Top floor was perfect for spotting dolphins playing and fish feeding. Can't say how many weddings we witnessed on the beach from the wrap-around balcony. Even with many days of rain we really enjoyed our stay because it was evident that the condo had recently been updated with tiled floors, new appliances and such. The owners were attentive to all our needs and immediately returned calls when small concerns arose. We would recommend this property and the owners to all.

We had the best time here! Everything was wonderful from the weather to the ameneties! Our kids slept like they were at home. The best part was the location...close to everything! Thanks Brian for a wonderful vaction at your condo! Can't wait till next year.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this unit in March of 2006. The grounds were coming back to life with green spaces and the pools were all opened. The beach was magnificent and the views from our 9th floor unit were spectacular! We saw dolphins on 2-3 occasions. The unit is very well kept and the Fiihr's were great tenants to rent from!

Paula and Warren have the perfect beach condo with a spectacular view, lovely furnishings and close to all restaurants and stores. Everything for the ideal beach vacation. Newly added DSL service for computer nuts like me! Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo in a quiet area. The beach is very nice--better than some of the newer condos in the area. Quiet, family type area. Restaurants and grocery store close. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Lovely unit, great beach, I especially liked the wooden chairs on the lawn overlooking the beach and ocean. The Fiihrs were great to deal with.

What a wonderful week. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. Accomodations were very clean and more spacious than expected. Beautiful beach, plenty of eateries close, and all the little extras, like sauna, steamroom, swimming pool and tennis courts made this a busy and relaxing week. You've got yourself a repeat customer. See you again next year.
