Condo was just ok, very dark, needed lights on at all times, description said we could sit on lanai and feel ocean breezes, only breeze we felt was from traffic rushing by on Bonita Beach Rd. Major problem was with barking dogs, this was unacceptable. Never got phone to work, would lose Internet connection several times per day. Beds were comfortable, needed mattress pads. Appreciate all supplies provided such as toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, laundry soap etc.Recommended for: Pet owners.

Had I heard about this issue previously my property manager or myself would have dealt with it immediately. I have had many guests stay at this location without complaint. About the owner: I grew up in Canada in the cold northern climate. I had spent many vacations in Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and Naples and grew to love the area. I have traveled around the world and when I am in Bonita Springs I am most at peace with my surroundings. There are so many things to do here within a short distance that you can never get bored. Golfing, boating, fishing, kayaking, beaches, nature preserves. hiking/biking trails and the best shopping on the planet. I am twenty minutes from the Key West Express if I want to go to Key West for a few days. Everything is centrally located from the location of this condo.
Why the Owner Chose Pine Haven:
I purchased this condo in 2011 because of the central location to all amenities in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Island. I am 15 minutes from all of these locations as well as Fort Myers Airport. This location is quiet and the grounds are well kept. This is not the spring break type of environment.
